The only thing was the A/C wasn't working properly the last twi nights which made it tough to sleep.

The staff was very friendly. The room was exceptional and beautiful. The pool area was an added bonus. The location was perfect!

Perfect location in a quiet part of the city but walking distance from all the sites & attractions. Beautiful, well equipped apartments with spacious and modern bathrooms and a kitchenette with everything you need. Lovely rooftop pool. We had a welcome gift of port vine and the most delicious cake in our apartment waiting for us!!! ☺️🎂🍷 Great, delicious breakfast and dinner. The biggest stars of this hotel is their staff- so welcoming, friendly and helpful. So many good recommendations- they are very knowledgeable about their city. Anna and Matilda from reception are amazing, noting was too much trouble for them- they made us feel so welcome. And all the restaurant team were great. The staff in this hotel is definitely 5⭐️ and more. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back. Thank you very much for making our stay so memorable.

Nothing! My shower cap box was empty on arrival.... no problem though, provided the next day - it's so difficult to write a negative when everything's so good.

Bathroom although it looked fabulous it wasn’t very practical. The marble floor in the shower was very slippery, the hotel’s solution was to use a towelling bathmat which did the trick, but wasn’t very environmentally friendly as they need washing daily. The wash basin again looked good , but there was then only a very low level shelf to put anything on

Amazing location - quiet yet so close to the action. Porto is hilly but it is nice not walking up and down hills to go out for dinner. Fantastic staff, even made us a picnic breakfast when we had to leave very early one morning. Apartment was spotlessly clean and was cleaned everyday.

It's not something the hotel can be faulted for but, due to the location being on the river, you'll have to contend with noisy sea gulls who fly around the hotel and adjacent buildings landing on the roof tops and nearby the outdoor dining patio.

Staff were exceptional and always smiling and making you feel welcomed. Our room and the dining area was very modern and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable. The minifridge, microwave, and Nespresso coffee maker were great additions. The location is right on the river and its a short 10-15 minute walk to most points of interest and many great restaurants. Night time was very quiet due to soundproofed rooms with the windows being closed. We had an excellent and reasonably priced dinner in the main floor restaurant with very attentive and friendly service. You can't beat the value for your money at Porta Nobre. We will definitely be back here for our next stay in Porto.

Front door was always locked. The reception area is very small and not seating area.

Loved the room. Everything looked new. Enjoyed the coffee, Porto and pastry provided. Staff was very helpful. Liked the fact that there was a restaurant on the property. Location allowed me access to a lot of locations.

We appreciated the location which was just a little bit away from the hustle bustle, but still real close to the historical centre, making exploring PORTO by foot very easy. Also, the staff, particularly the front desk were very helpful in directing us from the train station to the hotel, and how to best get around town. All very capable in English. We did not take the option for breakfast and instead ate at local restaurants.
