Very comfortable bed and room with large bathroom and two showers. Room safe, fridge, air con, tea making all good. Superb breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurt etc cooked options, fresh pastries Excellent restaurant and snack area. Lovely enclosed terrace with olive trees near outside swimming pool. Parking under the hotel easily accessible by lift. Great staff, very accommodating at breakfast and in the snack area in particular. Hotel is modern but very roomy.

The floors in the bedroom and bathroom! Very little fresh seasonal fruit at breakfast. Entrance to the under ground car park was difficult to negotiate. There was plenty of evidence that others had found it equally difficult!

Staff were very good and gave us a birthday cake and champagne with no charge!

Minor things but make a difference in the room: no slippers and tissues, no iron and board, badly placed power outlets. Also the wet towels were not replaced or even rearranged in the bathroom after first and second nights.

Comfortable room, very professional and friendly staff, great location, very good restaurant with regional menus, also excellent breakfast.

staff did not explain room card needed to be inserted in slot inside room for electrical to operate. They also gave us one key. which we took with us during touring, thus refrigerator shut off spoiling food, had they given two keys and explained the system, this could have been avoided.

Location was perfect for walking to sights in Évora. Parking was easy and free. Nice breakfast and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff

No recycling containers in rooms. The requirement to book breakfast the day before is unusual. Kind of limits the spontaneity that is, in my mind a hallmark of travel vacation.

Beautifully decorated with displays of local art and crafts. The circular staircase is stunning, every angle and step offering a different viewpoint. The elegance of surroundings was uplifting.

The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The female receptionist (forgot to ask for name) who completed our check in is very friendly and helpful. Always smiling and very good attitude. The male staff members who completed our check out are also very helpful, assisting us with booking of taxi. Bar tenders are also very friendly and helpful. I would say all the staff we have met are very nice so that was a great experience. Love the lounge area as well. Good ambience and comfy seats. The room is spacious and clean and bed comfortable. Also love the location

Modern hotel with a balcony room, clean with good beds, walking distance to everything worth seeing. We could leave our bags afterwards for a few hours until our train time.

During the off-season, the pool was closed, and guests needed to buy swimming caps for the indoor pool, though it felt more like a hot spring and wasn't ideal for swimming. Additionally, some areas had poor wifi connectivity.

The hotel boasts a stunning contemporary design with impeccably clean and well-lit rooms, including an exceptionally spacious bathroom.

No coffee machine. Love cup while getting ready. Most hotels offer coffee maker versus kettle.

Great breakfast. As a celiac I struggle to find bread / pastries gluten free. Would be a nice option although lots of fruit and other options wereavailable

Modern, clean, large rooms with big bathroom, comfy bed, very quiet, excellent breakfast included, underground parking, nice gym, and fabulous location. Couldn't have been better! (They even had umbrellas for us, which we unfortunately needed the day we were there. 🌧)
