The meals didn’t worth the price. There were not big variety for dinner and lunch.

The place is amazing, great for family trip, where kids can enjoy a lot the nature in a nice environment.

Mostly young families staying when we were there, not the best for couples unless you enjoy waking up to screaming kids lol

Towels at the pool. We didn’t realize we needed to take our towels from the bungalow, the front desk was helpful and gave us extras. Also no shampoo or conditioner was provided in the bungalow - not a huge problem but unexpected when traveling!

Breakfast was excellent! The staff was wonderful with our children, and made sure we were well taken care of. The programming staff had great activities for our 7 and 4 year old. Even in the off season. You can tell that they care about the children and want to be with families having fun. Our kids want to go back ASAP.

The variety of food for kids. The extra activities for kids (They could have more staff involving the kids, creating more games).

We brought our dog but there was no fence on the porch so she scaped once, also a dog park where she could play would have been nice for a pet friendly resort. Two small children and the dog with no fence on the porch was a lot to handle... There was no oat or almond milk for breakfast, but it had other vegetable milks. The weather was not very good, but that's Nazaré.

Everything in general. Great atractions for kids, warm pools, animation was excelent also.

Unfortunately the road is very loud even at night so the tents closest are effected. We ate at the restaurant the first night and the food was not good. A shop on site would be handy to get the essentials.

The staff had very little information about the area, local attractions. There should have been some maps or a list of tourist spots. Not very helpful when asked any questions in reception.

The setting among the tress was beautiful and the quality of the accommodation was excellent. Very spacious for a family of four and well designed.

Only suggestions I can think of is a short nature trail in surrounding forest, maybe yoga for adults and massage treatments.

We had a wonderful relaxing time. I would definitely recommend for families with young children. It was quiet (no rowdy people), activities and leisure pools fantastic for children. Ecological setting and sustainability focus was just what we were seeking. Wonderful, obrigada.

Outdoor pool with hot water, indoor pool and mini water park. Breakfast is really good and the location is good as it is far enough from the road to be quiet but close enough to town, so you can do a short drive to visit the town.

Gym equipment is old but functioning

New 2 bed villa was awesome. LOVED the full blackout blinds that helped my kid sleep in an extra hour or two.

Restaurant - the food is very good, but only available Complete Meals prices. For small childrens, the price of the meal at dinner is expensive. Should be available other option/prices for food if we want to eat just a soap/snack. The Air Conditioning wasn't working in our Bungalow and in the morning it's very cold inside.

The gym was way under the expected, all machines were old and most either broken or in really bad shape.

Pretty much everything, from the pools to the available free activities everything was great.

We liked everything.

We really liked the whole place. It was very quiet and tranquil. The pools are heated and very fun. The whole area is amazing. We went for dinner and breakfast and the staff was absolutely lovely. The food was really good and we tried their two neat recommendations - steak and octopus- which were very delicious. Compliments to the chef and the whole ohai nazare team. Such a magical place. The glamping tent had everything we needed and the beds were really comfy. Overall an amazing experience.
