Joao was so helpful. He gave us excellent dinner recommendations for the two nights we were in Evora and both were spot on. The location of the hotel was perfect, within easy walking of all the sights and shopping.

We had a very comfortable, clean room. Close access to the city center which we took by foot. The car park is a bit far from the hotel but the reception is willing to hold onto your luggage and even get it into your room upon check in. Breakfast is great.

Lovely renovated old building with modern touches while maintaining the beauty of the building. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a wonderful rain shower. We had a view overlooking the square and one evening enjoyed watching a candlelit religious procession with singing. The breakfast selection was abundant. We enjoyed a drink by the pool one afternoon after sightseeing in town.

Our room was pretty small but we did opt to get the lowest cost option.

The bed was one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in! We had a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant- everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly and professional. Super clean. Central to the sites we wanted to see in Evora.

The breakfast room/restaurant it lovely and airy, but dairy small, so there are three breakfast sittings and you need to decide beforehand which sitting you will use. This in itself is not a problem, and when the weather is hot outdoor seating is also available. While the breakfast was good, it was not exceptional and was particularly let down by an automated coffee machine which provided very bad coffee. A better quality coffee machine would make a huge difference to the whole breakfast experience.

We really liked this hotel. Everything was as expected and it has a very good fairly central location. The hotel has a private parking lot which is a short walk away. There is a single dedicated drop off point just outside the hotel which allows for easy loading and unloading.

All was perfect for us. We only wish that the May weather had been warmer so as to enjoy the beautiful pool.

We booked a Superior Double Room with breakfast for 3 nights, but had the good fortune to be upgraded to a Deluxe Double Room upon arrival. This grand first-floor room with a domed ceiling was spacious, quiet and had a small balcony overlooking the courtyard pool. We found the extra-large bed and pillows to be comfortable. The buffet breakfast included delicious made-to-order options such as omelette etc. Staff were friendly and attentive. We could not fault this hotel and would definitely recommend the Deluxe Double room and hotel to our friends.

The style of the guesthouse is very beautiful. There was also a nice pool area. The room wasn’t huge but very comfy. We loved the breakfast.

This beautiful boutique hotel was in a great location, away from crowds but still an easy walk to the sights. The pool was a nice respite from the afternoon heat and we had a lovely room just off the pool courtyard. The reception, seating area and restaurant were very tastefully decorated and we enjoyed the excellent breakfast. Staff were extremely warm and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again.
