4 person mixed room without WC was cramped. No shelf for top bunk items

The only drawback that I would like the staff to point out is that when you take a shower, the lights constantly turn off. The entire time I take a shower, I have to press the water button with one hand and open the stall with the other and wave for the light to turn on. It's very uncomfortable.

Got a double with private bathroom, windows opened on Mouros castle and National Palace (5 minutes walking) so can’t beat the view! Excellent starting point for Sintra, comfortable common area in the hostel, breakfast is fine (kitchen may be crowded so be patient)

Nothing really. Bathroom situation wasn’t ideal for the dorm rooms, nowhere to really change or put your stuff but wasn’t too much of a problem this time of year when it’s quiet.

It was so clean, modern and quiet. Just perfect! And the beds were very comfy.

Only negative thing was no privacy curtains for the bunks, or dividing walls.

Just that the kitchen for breakfast was quite small. Bustling past each other and queing up to wash the dishes afterwards.

Loved the room, an incredible view of the surrounding areas and castles. Secure lockable draw was large enough for my 50litre backpack and clothes. Comfy sleep for the hike ahead. Lounge areas are really cool to chill out in.

Perfect location near the train station and many restaurants. Bed was unbelievably comfortable. Private room and bath much larger than expected. Just a great, well run hostel not to be missed.

The room bathroom light and fan comes on automatically and loudly with sensors and can not be switched off which is a tad noisy and disturbing for a second guest if one gets up through the night 🙃

Location terrific easy walk from train station and easy walk to historic city. Cosy clean homely vibe in common area, with plenty of books games art etc . Breakfast delicious and very generous. Staff friendly and helpful. Good showers. Great value. Highly recommend.

Quite expensive, not much backpacking atmosphere.

Breakfast was what we didn't like. The dining area is small and was super crowded. One has to wash their dishes so, the sink was always occupied, and because of that it was difficult to access the cupboard to get plates and cups. When we went, all that was left was just one type of bread, one variety of cheese, and ham(few slices were left). Moreover, the coffee machine was broken.

The location is great. A few minutes walking up National Palace. Our room was big. Had views of the palace. The lady at the reception was super helpful, kind, and polite.

Everything!!! was really awesome! I really recommend this hostel… actually it doesn’t look like a hostel because everything is new, clean and beautiful! The breakfast included was really big and delicious. Also stuff was really nice. If you are thinking about booking this hostel, go for it!
