A very charming place near the quaint coastal village of Vila Nova de Milfontes. Well-kept resort with a cozy apartment, a well-kept pool area, a comfy community space. Hearty breakfast, freshly baked cake free of charge in the afternoon. And, above all, a great host. Antonio and his wife really made us feel at home. They provided lots of information on the surrounding area, on the best hikes, restaurants to visit, beaches to look out for, road to use and not to use, etc.. If you look for a quiet retreat in the middle of nature, this is the place to go.

This place was AMAZING! Really really stunning and cosy accommodation! The host was really really pleasant and friendly, he is your friend there! He will help you with anything (for example he helped us to book a table in local restaurant). Room itself was really comfortable and there was anything you need! We really really cannot wait to come back there again! If you need to stay somewhere in Portugal then is DEFINITELY the place to be!!!

Because we were just passing through for only one night, something closer to the beach would have better suited for our stay. But it was a last minute booking and really worked well. Not a negative on the property.

Our room was very nice! The bed was especially comfortable. The night sky alone is worth staying for. The host family couldn’t be nicer and the breakfast was fabulous. It is about a 15 min drive into town.

3rd stay at Monte da Corça Nova. Quiet location set a few kilometers from main Vila Nova Milfontes. Car required, lovely pool area, shaded parking, great breakfast choices, great hosts.

Terrific hosts who have created a fabulous facility from traditional agricultural buildings. Our room included all 'mod cons' within a fully renovated building. Breakfast was excellent (loads of choice) and the team are charming and helpful. Swimming pool and grounds are in excellent condition, and all set in a wonderful location that looks at an incredibly tranquil landscape. The coast and town are 10 min drive away. Would recommend and will definitely return.

It was in a very quiet and rural setting. But what we liked most was the hospitality. Antonio and Liliana were amazing! The went over and beyond to accommodate us. I notified them in advance that my husband has to eat Gluten Free. Liliana went shopping for special ingredients and had many GF options. We were amazed at the effort she put in to provide a safe breakfast for him. It was sooo appreciated! Antonio was also a gracious host! He gave us many suggestions for hikes, restaurants, etc. and then presented us with a bottle of wine after check-in! We felt so welcome!

The owner went above and beyond to help us out in a challenging situation. He and his family made the stay a great experience. The breakfast was also exceptional. The location is very quite and still within 10 minutes reach from the city via car.

The room is really simple in term of decoration, however the bed was really comfortable and the room was really quiet. The view on fields from our terrace was perfect for a relaxing time. Just staying one night

Perched on a hill overlooking Alentejo olive groves and vineyards, just few turns from the main village and the national road, this resort is run by a well traveled and nice young couple, very keen to satisfy the needs of their guests without being overbearing. Large and quiet rooms with all amenities for an enjoyable stay. Relaxing outdoor area with a beautiful swimming pool. Superb breakfast will local products.

They had a wide selection at the breakfast buffet. It was the best breakfast I had during my 2.5 weeks stay in Portugal. If you love having a good and extended breakfast, you should go there. I had the impression that everything on the property was created with heart. This place was very peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and nice. I think getting to know them was one of the (positive) human interactions I will always remember from my Portugal trip.

We enjoyed our stay at Monte da Corca Nova very. The place is very quiet and good to relax. We also enjoyed the really nice breakfast. The room was clean and the owners look good to their facilities. The owners and the staff were very friendly and gave us good information for what to do or where to eat.

It would have been a nice touch to have extra amenities in the room such as tissues. However, this is not a major factor.

The setting of the hotel was beautiful, in such a peaceful and tranquil area away from the town. You definitely need a car to access the hotel as there is no where to walk to for food in the evening for example. The food in the hotel was excellent and reasonably priced too. The breakfast was excellent and consisted of a wide variety of pastries and some cooked food such as eggs and bacon. The pool area was brilliant with very comfortable sun loungers and the pool was reasonably large. The owners and other staff were also outstanding, and are what makes Monte da Corça Nova such a special place. From the outset they were very welcoming and during our stay they were always very friendly, helpful and provided an excellent experience.
