Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This hotel is in a great location near Oriente train station and not too far from airport. The room has everything you need and has high quality bedding and lavatory supplies. A good buffet breakfast.

We really enjoyed our honeymoon in this beautiful place, especially the position. Breakfast at the buffet was pretty good, as the lunch/dinner at the restaurant (you can easily make a reservation at the moment). The room was very nice as the services. The staff is very cheerful.

The view was spectacular and the room was as beautiful as expected. +1 The breakfast was awesome with a huge variety of food.

Wonderful stay in Losbon very close to the region's main attractions, with a 15min walking distance from Lisbon Oceanarium and Orient station. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We requested a crib for our baby and we received it. Excellent breakfast, with several options available. The staff was very friendly and made ourselves very comfortable there.

Portugal- The isolation between rooms and the hallway. You can clearly hear everything. Fortunately only one night we had chatty neighbors

From the moment of check-in to check out fantastic team and services . Very accommodating manage to check in early which is always a bonus I must say the spa services great addition to the hotel 5 stars to the massages. Room services were very prop to substitutions . Breakfast is ok . The room was great and clean great views on sunrise. All that and we had a great stay. Thank you .
