Breakfast and each meal we ate there was delicious! Wonderful staff all around! Also given complimentary champagne and chocolates to celebrate our anniversary. Metro and Uber readily nearby. Highly recommend staying there

Nothing to dislike, just a great stay

The Lusker Hotel is lovely with an exceptional staff who were always pleasant and ready to assist us. The anniversary sparkling wine, chocolates and other treats given touched our hearts. The food (breakfast & dinner) at Qui Mais Non was delicious and sometimes better at a few restaurants where we dined.

I called the hotel before booking and was told that the OUTdoor pool was open at this time of the year, which was not the case. But did not miss it at the end so it was ok.

Loved the amazing location in Saldanha, which we felt was the BEST area overall. Metro and many restaurants just next door and a local vibe. Exceptional, super friendly and caring staff - went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. Felt home and so good thanks to them! Delicious breakfast with fresh, quality products including healthy options. Coffee and other drinks available all day at reception/lobby area. Safe area. Comfortable bed, overall design and feel. Will surely come back next time in Lisbon!

I found the room to be a bit small it was difficult to move around in having two large pieces of luggage. The location although in the center of Lisbon, and close to a metro station, still made it a bit difficult to get to areas like Old Town. Also, there are not a lot of restaurant options around the hotel in the evening.

The hotel staff was very helpful in accommodating. The breakfast in the hotel was fantastic, along with all the amenities.

The elevator was small with a sound and the room was a little small. Just table opposite of the bed to small for computer to comfort to get things done. I don’t like the table go with TV protect by a screen.

Breakfast buffet had a lovely selection each morning, the wellness centre was amazing as well as the steam room and sauna. The staff were so polite, kind and really went above and beyond for us! Especially one receptionist, I can't remember her name but she was just the absolute best and made everything so smooth and simple whilst being so accommodating!

Would’ve enjoyed some more vegetables variety at breakfast. Also some sausagea or bacon would’ve been nice. But instead we had the possibility to order eggs benedict and other stuff, which was cool.

Very clean and modern. Outstanding design in the rooms. High quality. Everything branded with the hotel’s logo. Really nice and extremly clean. Pharmacy clean. Coffe, tea, still and sparkling water, pasteis de nata, always available in the lobby. Sparkling cooled wine available at breakfast.

I wasn't able to sleep well, and that's really the main purpose of the hotel. Someone was slamming the doors so hard the walls were shaking, and this started at 7 am on a Sunday and continued on Monday. I think it got a bit better after I reported it to staff, but there's not much they can do if the hotel is built in a way that closing a door in one room makes the walls shake in another. Also, the water in the shower kept changing temperature from hot to cold and back, very annoying.

This should have been an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing, they even left a gift for me on my birthday (a part of that gift was a bottle of wine and I don't drink alcohol, so that was a bit weird).

I could not open a window, but the rooms have very good automatic ventilation so no big problem.

During rush hours it was hard to get outside with Uber in short time.

High level hotel. Felt like 5+ stars. The environment was welcoming, super friendly staff. Breakfast had a wealth of food. The room was comfortable and clean.

The breakfast is quite basic. I had been looking at their brunch menu online thinking that this was the relevant menu, but they only really do eggs and pancakes as cooked breakfast. One morning of our stay they didn’t even have this as an option, and there was no sliced bread either, so all we could really have was either cake or yoghurt, which we don’t really eat for breakfast. We personally would have liked more choice in this regard. The cleanliness of the room shower could be improved, but this didn’t bother us too much.

The pool facilities were excellent - I don’t think we would visit a city again without something like this. It may have been the time of year we’re were visiting, but they were empty all but one day of our stay! The staff were beyond amazing!!!
