There is some construction work on the street where the apartment is located, which may disturb your sleep at night. This is something the apartment owners cannot control.

Overall, it was a perfect stay. The location of the apartment is excellent, and the communication with the apartment owners was excellent and very smooth. They also shared some tips in a PDF file to help us enjoy our stay in Lisbon, which was highly appreciated!

It has everything, but the room is small. The neighborhood is noisy even at night – and it is not just the construction works in front of the building. Practically you can only sleep with the well-insulated windows closed. The building is not yet warmed up in May, so there was no heat, but in summer the lack of air conditioning can be a problem. There is no elevator, if someone has musculoskeletal or circulatory problems, there may be a problem with climbing the stairs to the 3th or 4th floor.

Very good, central location. Clean. Comfortable double sized bed. Breakfast served generously, ingeniously. Easy check-in and check-out. Well insulating windows.

Noise of pigeons/seagulls on roof just above our room, during the nights. Consider more insulation in the ceiling. Are they nesting above.? Needs checking as sometimes happened at 2.30/3.00 am

There were a lot of construction sites in the city at the time I was travelling and unfortunately there was one right in front of the flat. Of course it would be nicer without it, but it didn't bother me.

The design of the room is beautiful and very inviting. I immediately felt welcomed. It had everything I needed and the communication for the check-in went very smoothly. They also offer additional services like airport transfer. The location was just perfect. I could reach everything by foot.

We didn’t get instructions through our email in a satisfactory time. No info was given ahead of time for access code to apartment apartment number. Would’ve been easier had host met us or given the info in more timely manner. It just so happens they gave us instructions on what’s app which I don’t have. Had only been corresponding by email with them. Husband only gets what’s up and he only got info 1 day after.

There were major construction works outside the property location which went on through the night. This is due to the metro expansion all around the city centre of Porto. Unfortunately, the hosts are prevented by booking.com from telling guests about the construction works because they are not directly connected to the property. Be aware these construction works are going on until 2026. The accommodation is small but comfortable with everything needed to use as a base. The only criticism is the tap over the sink which extends right over the sink.

Our biggest issue with the stay was that we basically didn't have hot water the entire time, so it's not possible to enjoy a place, as nice as it may look, if you can't have a normal shower. We contacted th3 e company of the apartments and they told us there was no problem with the water, and that it's just limited amount of water so they didn't do anything about it (it was during the weekend and they said there was no one to come fix it). There was also construction works right under the building so the balcony in the room is also not very enjoyable.

We liked the location, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Size - it was cleverly photographed but it was quite small even for two. But it was short stay so it was less of an issue.

It was on the 4th floor , which is actually the 5th floor, if you called ground floor 1 instead of 0. Long trek up and down 8 flights of long steps. Construction was going on in front of the building making the area look unsightly with big steel fencing and dump trucks and cement trucks coming and going onto and off the site paralyzing traffic. These items should have been declared by the property company on the booking.com website.

Room was small but adequate, clean and tastefully decorated. Location was central, close to most sites. Greeting staff was very friendly and helpful.
