Location up a steep narrow cobbled alleyway that some mornings smelled of urine. No access for cars and difficult to find on foot whilst negotiating streets with luggage. Take a small case. Apartment was tired and would benefit from a coat of paint before start of season. Walls scuffed and marked and cleaning hot and miss.

Proximity to downtown Apartment well designed with a good range of kitchen equipment. Plenty of hot water and good shower. Phone available in lobby for queries.

The location is at the city centre but the area is quite dangerous as it is very dark at night. There is some suspicious people sitting by the roadside, not recommended for only girls group to stay here due to safety. The road to the property is quite smelly as well as there are some garbage cans.

The room is clean and there is 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and a sofa. It does have a washing machine which is very great for us that need it but there is no dryer function on it. The toilet is also very clean! It does have luggage storage just for 1 euro after check out as well.

There’s no car access where the apartment is so it’s a bit of an uphill walk in the cobbled streets, it can be tricky with large bags or for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. As others noted, around the corner from the apartment there is a bar with at patrons that at times seem rowdy.

Nice modern apartments in a very central location in Lisbon. Lots of eateries, shops & easy access to everything. Really great location and the apartment is clean and spacious.

We were in the apartment inside the main door and heard everyone coming and going all hours of the day and night. People stayed in the foyer talking and laughing loudly. A tea towel and face washer would have been good.

There was no breakfast. The location was good being close to transport and restaurants.

Even though the location is pretty central, it doesn’t feel very safe as a solo female traveler but only during nighttime after 10pm, since the apartment is located in an alley. But during daytime is completely fine. Lisbon is a pretty safe city.

Very spacious, modern and neat. A lot of fridge space, and closet space. You also have a laundry machine in the room, they’ll provide detergent for €1. The location is very central.

Unsafe neighborhood: Unfortunately, the neighborhood around the accommodation was not very pleasant and we didn't feel safe there in the evening. Pests: There were cockroaches in the accommodation and ants in the kitchen, which was a major drawback.

Great location: The accommodation was located very close to the center, so it was easy to walk anywhere. Accurate photos: The description and photos on the website corresponded to reality, so we knew what to expect. Comfortable accommodation: The accommodation itself was pleasant and generally met the standard.

It was very quiet until new guests arrived from upstairs. No vehicles are allowed on the narrow street. There are a few suspicious-looking lads standing here and there - they are probably harmless, but can scare off ladies.

Basically the place was fine. very clean, nicely designed, staff was helpful. It's very close to metro/tram, restaurants, alfama, etc.

The apartment where we stay has cockroaches, little ones, but still coming out from the dishwasher. Its not a problem of cleaning more like a sign that they need to fumigate.

I like the staff. It is super friendly and really caring for our needs. The apartment is well equipped.

Even thought the apartment is really near city centre, neigborhood is really sketchy and it can be hard to find. I have to mention that we had no issues during our stay.

Great apartment near the city centre, below Sao Jorge castle and just 5 minutes from Santa Justa elevator. Really friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was good, covered with anything you need. Kitchen had all equipment needed including a welcome gift.

The little road to access the building smelled like urine and crap. There are some men close to the area maybe they pee and poop in the corner. Next day I saw a man cleaning the road with plenty of water and then it was ok but a little scary the first time we accessed it.

The building was clean, easy to enter. Location was excellent because it is in the center and you can walk to many major attractions.
