The bathroom door doesn’t actually close so you don’t see the person inside but you do hear everything. We were extremely disappointed by the locker service that the apartments supposedly provide. It just took our money without being able to actually lock. The lady that came to “help” just said that pretty much she can’t do anything. That left us walking around Lisbon with our luggage until we found new lockers. Defending wouldn’t recommend even trying to use them better find another solution.

It’s in a very good location. The room was cute and the cleaning ladies very nice.

Not all facilities in the kitchenette are functional, we were unable to turn on the microwave and also the hood, which makes it impossible to cook comfortably

The bed is basiclly in the kitchen. It was difficult to check in and it would be nice if someone would have picked up the phone when we tried to call.

The shower wasn't well sealed and the water came out through the gaps, leaving the floor quite wet. We used towels to fry it up after so it wasn't a huge deal, just something to watch out for.

The apartment was incredibly clean, nice and spacious. It was an added bonus that the room gets cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels provided. The superior suite had all the kitchen utensils you would need and a kitchen table /chairs. The outdoor balcony was shared between three other rooms however it was a lovely space to chill in the sun.

1) There was no sound proofing. I could hear shower running in other apartments, people talking on the phone at night. Essentially a lot of noise at night 2) The aircon was next to the door where the remote signal wouldn't reach if you're in bed. This meant having to get up at night if you want to turn it on or off

Check-in was confusing and complicated, and the two people on the phone gave different advice on how to complete the check-in. In the end I had to change apartment blocks and walk in the rain with my suitcase.

Great location. 10 minutes walking to the main downtown area Rossio, close to main street and bus station, kid playing ground near by. Clean and tidy room, quiet during day and night.There is free room cleaning every day.

The apartment was right in the heart of the city centre, there were all cooking and washing amenities one could possibly need on a trip and the apartment was of a good size.

The entrance door to the property did not close properly, need to give it a push/pull. It is often that the door was not closed and some stranger sat on the stairs.

Near to the tourist spot. Good customer service, our aircon was not working on the day we checked in but they organised someone to fix it the next day which was the national holiday.

The air conditioning didn’t work in the apartment which meant it was quite warm.

The locations was amazing. Can easily walk to the centre and all of the sites. Room was really spacious and had a lovely balcony.

All the stairs to the elevator, cannot store luggage prior to checkin, not a good or viable place to stay if you are older and slightly disabled, or have large heavy bags. On a hill so can be difficult to get the heavy front door open while holding onto your luggage

The instruction how to get the code missed a step: Once you reached the building you have to ring the doorball to gain access to the lobby. In the lobby is a kiosk where you finalize the check-in to receive the door codes.

Once you finished the Check-in on location and you have received the code, it was super easy. The cleaning staff on location is super kind. The property is in a perfect loaction to explore the city by foot and Metro.

the access to the apartment code was complicated and I had to contact the remote host several times and then eventually via whats app upload my ID documents and answer several questions for registration. It was all very frustrating and a negative experience.

We found for the price we paid these apartments are pretty good value.

Stayed in a superior one bed apartment. Decent size double room, the two children slept on the sofa bed which was more than adequate for what we needed. Bonus there was a terrace with this apartment, nice kitchen and space to eat at a table. Location is great, ten mins walk to the Rossio square and station. Aldi just around the corner and so many eateries within a couple of minutes. Very good value. There is a very small lift, which is handy when you're on the 4th floor and the self check in kiosk was very easy to use.

The door to the bathroom wasn’t able to be closed. Okay for an old married couple, but might not offer the privacy a younger/new relationship couple would like. It’s possible other units had a door that closed. There was also mould on the bottom of the shower door. I personally have a slight allergy to mould though, in this instance, was not greatly affected.

The location of the property was great. It’s close to the metro and restaurants.
