Need an android device to screen mirror. TVs should have common streaming apps like Netflix, Prime, YouTube. There wasn’t a coffee or tea station in the room. We did get a kettle to boil water for tea. Cold milk wasn’t easily available either.

There was no hot water for the basin in the bathroom. my husband had to have a cold shave.

The location was excellent, the staff excellent, very good breakfast, nice lounge with complimentary coffee/tea/flavored water. Good restaurants nearby, and one of the best pastel de nata shops half block away! Couple markets on same block and 21/2 blocks away from river walk. Close to train station ( about 4 blocks) Near to bus . Would stay again! Manager was on site and very friendly with good suggestions. The soap in the room was very nice.

It is actually impossible to resign from the cleaning service so even if you want to stay in bed with a migraine,, you’d still be bothered by the staff, also it was very cold inside, heating with the AC didn’t help and was loud

Booked specifically as it said it had a bar and coffee shop but neither open. Asked Reception and told bar person was ill but previous reviews in February and March say the same. Would prefer accurate listing of facilities available when booking.

Great location near to the waterfront cafes, restaurants and ferries. Good breakfast.

Nothing really, would happily stay there again! One thing to note, which is not the hotel's fault is that every so often you might hear motorcycle noise. But overall the windows were pretty good in reducing street noise. Ear plugs might be helpful if you need to have total silence at night.

There are so many hotels in Porto and we couldn't decide where to stay. But I'm so glad we picked ICON. It's close to the riverfront yet away from crowds and street noise. It's maybe an 8 minute walk from the Sao Bento train station (depending on whether you're walking up or down the hill and whether you have luggage). We stayed in a Custom room and appreciated the modern decor. I loved the scents of the bathroom amenities. Breakfast was lovely, with hot food options that you don't typically get with hotel breakfasts.

Floor creaks when I walk

It's a beautiful boutique hotel in very good location. All of staff are kind and nice. especially Sergio always wears smile and super friendly and helpful. My husband and I really enjoyed this stay.

As it was pre summer, the room air conditioning was not operating.. opening the window cooled the room but also allowed noise to enter.

Beautiful property with caring staff and very good service. Breakfast was outstanding. The decoration of the room and public areas was great. Everything interesting about Porto is nearby.
