The doors were opened via codes and an app on your phone. Made it quite tricky if phone was low on battery but not a significant issue in most cases.

Hosts were very available via Whatsapp and were easy to communicate with. They met us at the apartment to arrange access to rooms etc

Only 1 small issue the shower had two shower heads and the small didn’t work but bar that we had no other issues

It is very loud at night as the area is known to be the "party/ going out" area with several bars and clubs on the same street. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend ear plugs.

This place was very clean and in a perfect location to some of Porto's main attractions. The beds were comfortable and bathroom clean! Your key to the room is your phone which is very high tech and cool, that being said dont leave your phone behind or run out of battery.

Unfortunately, the door in one of the two balconies was faulty and the sound isolation was terrible. To be honest I don't think that even if it was working properly would make a difference since the numerous bars on the street were very loud and crowded. We already knew about the area, so this was expected. What I didn't expect though was that we won't be able to leave our luggage on our last day (upon our checkout) at a designated space in the building. Even though the staff again was very helpful and suggested alternative options (in all cases we had to pay), it's inconvenient and stressful (IMO) to arrange and additionally pay for something so simple.

We stayed in room 102, which was on the first floor of the building. We really enjoyed the location. Really close to everything. It was a very cozy and well designed apartment. I'm addition the staff were very helpful, kind, and polite with us. We stayed there for 4 days (me, my wife, and our dog)

To loud, a lot of shady people that try to sell you drug's near this location. Also a big minus was that door between room and toilet is not a normal door, above the door is some space, it's doesn't isolate you from sounds and smells from toilet.

The guy welcoming me into the apartment was really nice and explained all the facilities and surroundings. There's no key, you can easily access the building and private apartment directly through your phone or with a code, which I found extremely useful. The apartment is comfortable and clean, it has everything one could possibly need. They even left me a little package with sweets, crackers and cheese. Despite being on a noisy street, I could sleep with no problem and didn't hear disturbing sounds. The terrace with the view is amazing!

As it was mentionned, it was a bit noisy by night, but it was not a big problem for us.

The staff of Feel Porto was amazing. The appartment was clean and had everything we need for our stay. The rooftop terrace was perfect for the apero time.
