the only thing we could say is that the surrounding area is slightly run down in parts - but the hotel has no control over this.

Honestly we loved everything from airport pick up to arrival at the hotel, the staff were just the right balance between professional and friendly, offering advice and recommendations on local area and ensuring we had everything we needed, the hotel itself is just stunning, beautifully decorated and extremely clean in all areas, ( smelt amazing too)

Very nice spa, but in order to get an extra towel you have to ask somebody to bring it to you, instead of just pick it you up. It also be nice if bathroom in a room has couple of more extra hooks.

A very beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel with a fantastic, friendly, hardworking staff who went above and beyond to give a 5* experience to everyone. The pool and Spa yet again excellent. (they even extended the pool opening hours for me when I was late back from a long day tour - so appreciated.) Breakfast was superb, varied and very fresh. We ate in the restaurant a couple of evenings, which again was excellent, service was professional, friendly and it was reasonably priced. Hotel location is very good, on the level and just a few streets away from the noise of city centre. Thank you very much, our week with you was exceptional.

Everything- this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment you walked in from the last moments of your stay. Can’t say enough the staff serve with a smile. They always say yes! We met the Italian owners. They are so passionate about their hotel. And it shows! Deborah the owner took her time to talk to us. The take date of their staff and their guests. The hotel is soooo beautiful. For me it was a 20. We will be back. Had a message with Rita- omg.. she was amazing, received a facial that was the best facial I’ve had!! The breakfast was amazing shout to André Silva! Oh and our afternoon teas- the best by Diogo- mint, ginger lemon!! Thank you to all the staff front desk.. so helpful Francesco, Ana all the staff. Location was amazing and allowed for exploration on foot of the older parts of Lisbon rather than taxi. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
