No stocked mini bar in the room, had to call and order. Not enough complimentary tea and coffee (one bag of each kind) so we couldn’t both have the same tea. No milk for coffee either, but again not a major issue, struggled to think of one!

Everyone on the front desk was wonderful and so helpful, the hotel is beautiful with great facilities and the beds were really comfy!

Breakfast was extremely good, lots of options to choose from and the kitchen will provide anything not on display. Nothing was too much trouble. Located on a hill, be prepared for the walk!

We had a suite that was amazing, the bed was extraordinary, excellent mattress and bed linens. We apprecited all the amenities. The location was perfect. Breakfast was over the top. All the staff was super helpful and nice, excellent service.

Room service staff failed in requests for help. Received incorrect local information from Reception staff. Outdoor pool drinks were not very good.

The only negative point was the head manager of the todays (21.04.24) morning shift on the reception, I guess Carlos was his name. Except of being unhelpful to resolve the simple request we had (late check-out possibility, by payment) - the issue was his real unwillingness to assist or at least try to calm down the client or AT LEAST to say he is sorry for not being able to offer it. He just left “No we can’t do it” and turned his back to us. I’m in hotel business by myself and I can ensure you that there are so many ways to handle the situation - and no one of them was used by this Mister. Extremely rude and not worthy the hotel level, on the huge contrast with the wonderful friendliness of the rest of the personnel of the reception, gym, bar, rooftop and the breakfast area. I think it’s unfair to low down the score of the whole hotel stuff and their efforts just because of one person, so still leave the 10.

Wonderful hotel, high level of service, well equipped gym, super relaxing spa with a garden view directly from the sauna, rooftop warm pool with a bar service.. to be back for sure.

Luxurious facilities and surroundings. Expansive, light, airy, comfortable and relaxing spaces with great interior and exterior design. Stunning rooftop outdoor infinity pool with fantastic poolside area for lounging. Downstairs indoor pool with sauna, steam room, spa and more lounging facilities and 24h gym were hard to beat. Beautiful communal areas. Lots of lovely touches from the complimentary aromatic teas, petit fours and amuse bouches in the reception area to the well thought out room design and lighting. Delicious banquet-like breakfast with option to order bespoke dishes. Amazingly helpful and courteous staff. We didn’t want to leave. Lisbon was great but we could have stayed the whole time in the hotel because it was so fabulous!

The view of the rooftop swimming pool is quite normal. The sliding door of the bathroom caught my hand and a piece of my nail is now coming off. The room was replenished one day at a time, and on the last night of our stay the staff suddenly provided us with an iron, which was a little confusing.

Amazing indoor pool and nice rooftop pool. Very very nice welcome dessert. Nice wifi connection. Quick response service and staff. Nice spa and massage. The location is nice.
