Nice hotel with renewed rooms and bathroom. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Plus was that the hotel has parking spots so you do not need to look elsewhere. Breakfast was adequate and there were nothing missing.

Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Very hard to sleep on. The only place we have come across that would not let us in one minute before the quoted check in time.

Parking is free but limited. However, street parking is available but sometimes hard to find. Not much to dislike although breakfast is an additional cost.

Have stayed here a couple of times before. Good access from airport and short journey. Location is near to the town market with supermarket, cafés, bars, restaurants etc. Walk into centre is only 15 mins or so. Comfortable and functional.

We had a room with a view over Ria de Formosa which was lovely. Room was very light and bright and comfortable and clean. Everything we needed including tea/coffee facilities and the bathroom had obviously recently been refurbished and was excellent. Also all the lights worked which they often don't in hotel rooms. The staff were lovely and helpful and always available. Location was very central which was great. Would definitely come back and stay again.

It said parking at the rear but the space was tiny and only useful if you had a mini.

People allowed to go the breakfast room in their pyjamas. Very off putting and unhygienic. Really don't want to sit with people who have obviously not washed or showered or even combed their hair.

Staff friendly and helpful. Luggage room to store luggage after check out. Only a 10 minute walk to bars/restaurants and another 5 to the marina.

4th floor was a bit higher than we wanted and breakfast was not included and was £9 extra

We had difficulty trying to park our car, the entrance was blocked , staff said that the car would be moved , shortly , had a nightmare parking some distance away , then sujested we park next to the car that was blocking all spaces!! Very difficult indeed

Not a lot to dislike, apart from maybe the limited amount of parking spaces.

Functional and clean. Excellent walk in showers. Good value, especially in low season. Location is fine, a 10 minute walk to the centre but close to the Municipal Mercado and large Auchan Supermarket. Good fish restaurant almost opposite the hotel.

I would have liked to enjoy a bath during my stay, but I was unable to find a bath plug. Had I asked for one at reception, they would no doubt have made an effort to provide one to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Checking in was smooth and simple. Breakfast was gorgeous. Location was perfect for everything within 15 minutes. I felt safe. The cleaners, catering staff snd receptionists were all friendly, very helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed the hot showers. The manager was not too busy to be available to talk about the artwork in the hotel foyer. The kettle boiled water super fast! Tourist attraction brochure stand at reception was very helpful. I had more than enough towels.

It wasn’t really a problem but a little more could be made of the bar area.

The room was spacious and met all my needs with a lovely shower. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and breakfast was excellent. The location was great for getting into town. An extra little bonus I found out was the bus stops right outside the hotel from the airport!

The hotel is located 10 min away walking from the city center. We came before the check-in time and were able to leave our luggage at the reception storage. Very helpful staff and good facilities. Enjoyed our stay!

Nothing - it’s smashing for the price.

Super location, fabulous staff, clean and well-equipped rooms. Stayed last year and it felt like it had been upgraded. Had a room on the back with great views across the city to the sea.
