Super comfortable place to stay in terms of facility, location and especially helpfulness and friendliness of staff. We felt truly welcomed and “at home”. Restaurant and bar were very nice (had daily breakfast and a wonderful dinner after a long day of sightseeing).

Great breakfast; nice, clean rooms; friendly and helpful front desk - helped me figure out tram to Belém and even pulled up google maps street view so I could see exactly where to catch the tram; nice and friendly bar for an evening nightcap; great location especially for a solo traveler, centrally located and easy walk to tourist sites, other neighborhoods and restaurants; nice coffee shops just around the corner. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Lisbon.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Lisboa. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Every staff member I encountered, from the restaurants staff, to check-in, to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Nothing, it was fab. We missed breakfast on the 2nd day as service is from 7am and had flights to catch, but we wouldnt have wanted to eat earlier anyway.

This hotel was exceptional and we enjoyed our stay so much. It was in a really great location, near to all the main shops, restaurants, attractions and subway. The service was fab and we really appreciated the complimentary bottled water available each day. The hotel also offers a complimentary 1.5-2hr city tour which we really enjoyed and recommend. Pedro was so informative and gave a history insight we wouldn't have known about otherwise. The rooms were lovely and clean where we also received complimentary fizz on arrival and mini port in the evening. This hotel really gives the extra little touches for their guests I have not seen before. Thank you for a great experience!

Absolutely beautiful, clean and quiet rooms with great amenities. Staff were generous and knowledgeable. Perfect location within walking distance to areas like Alfama, Bario Alto and other sights. Easy walking distance the main tram and bus routes. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very comfortable & quiet hotel with lovely facilities. Extensive breakfast selections, including omelette & waffle station. Full bar with creative cocktails. Clean comfortable , close to lots of bars shops and restaurants, breakfasts were very good. Beds comfortable staff very nice and helpful. The street outside is closed off to traffic presently and this winter a quiet nights sleep

They greeted us warmly, we had been there just three days prior, and that made check in that much easier. Champagne waited for us in the room. We had one of the family style suites. Location can’t be beat. Came back for the espresso martini at the bar.

We had a lovely time here. The location was PERFECT. The staff were wonderful. Sebastian at the front desk was lovely and helped us check in early. We enjoyed their breakfast every day- great variety and convenient. The espresso martini at the hotel bar is the best I’ve had. The rooms were wonderful, and coffee and waters were available for guests in the lobby - super convenient.
