The only thing that could have been better was the WiFi but that minor, only needed it for work so if you’re okay with patchy WiFi (only around the pool) you’ll be fine. It would also be good if you could book dinner or lunch, I think this is done when it’s busier season but sometimes we wanted to chill after a few beers and not have to drive. There’s a restaurant just down the road but we didn’t really rate it. However this is only to set out some minor points both of which are easily fixable.

The breakfast was lovely and so fresh - one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. The staff was friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Good location if you have a car. If you want a peaceful break in a lovely hotel, this is for you. I would come back, and I don’t say that too often.

breakfast was one of the best we have had. Simple but wide choice of food all of it was excellent quality from the pastries to the 3 types of bread to the selection of coffees and teas. Really was excellent. Lovely pool to dip into again very clean and deep enough at the deep end. Room was clean and well furnished with tea and coffee and a big bathroom.

This beautiful resort is set in the countryside outside Tavira. Our view on the deck was very relaxing, the room was big, and the pool area was lovely. Great breakfasts as well.

Casa Branca is a fabulous accommodation. It is very clean and very comfortable.The bed was wonderful. Booked a suite with a very big terrace area. Perfect for a dog with lovely kept grounds. A fantastically clean pool area which was great. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly but respected everyone’s privacy. Breakfast was great lots of things, ham, cheeses, boiled eggs, pastries, croissants and cakes etc. Alternative milks and yogurts, fresh bread rolls, fresh fruit. Teas, it has a free coffee machine which you can use whenever! The whole experience here was one of my favourite places to stay. We travelled all around the Algarve and parts of Spain for a month. This was one of my favourites and we stayed in lots of accommodation. I am glad we stayed an extra night! This is a perfect place to stay near Tavira. Tavira itself is a very charming place. We had a car so exploring was no problem. I can’t rate this place enough. Will definitely return again one day. Thank you for the experience:) Just book don’t hesitate!!

The only thing which I didn't like were the pillows but this is just down to personal preference. Our friends who travelled with us didn't find them uncomfortable at all. Other than that I cannot fault this hotel at all! The showers seemed much warmer in the morning compared to the evening but again not bad enough to warrant complaining about.

This place is a hidden gem, I've been visiting Tavira for many years and have only just discovered this beauty. The staff are brilliant, they go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. I would say a car is essential should you want to go exploring, but if you are happy to lay back, relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings then you could get by without.

Fifth visit to Casa Branca. Always a warm friendly welcome from the hosts, bedroom, en suite room facilities more than adequate, breakfast can be taken indoors or doors with more than enough space for all guests. Buffet style continental breakfast, with great selection. Vast amount of space for parking.

I would have given this property a 10 if it wasn’t for the road noise of the A22. It is always there in the background and can be seen from the property as about 1km away. Beds are a little hard.

The staff were really friendly, room was nice with a large bathroom and good shower. Breakfast was extremely good although no hot option. Grounds and pool were very well Maintained and beautiful setting.

A little secluded from everything. The grass around the pool needed cutting.
