The shower door didn't close properly, causing a minor flood each time we used it.

Our suite was very stylish and spacious. The staff were without exception friendly and efficient. Breakfast was perfect. The location, one minute from the Trindade metro, was really good.

It would have been an advantage to have a bar and perhaps a cafe on site, but there were plenty available within a couple of minutes walk.

The location was excellent for our needs, as tourists to Porto. The hotel staff were exceedingly helpful, the room and facilities exceeded our expectations.

Staff were lovely and the room was great - fantastic shower! The courtyard garden is beautiful and filled with the scent of jasmine. Location just a minute from the metro, Trinidade, is great for the airport.

We have never stayed in such a beautiful boutique hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the interior courtyard. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and were more than happy to provide recommendations of things to do and restaurants to try, both in Porto and Madrid.

A beautiful building with lovely outside space. The rooms were really large and loved all the granite and natural materials. Nice comfortable bed Nice to have double sinks Could easily control the temperature of the room Complimentary water provided A welcome drink in our room and another day a sample of some handmade soap Microwave, hob, kettle, cutlery and utensils available in the room if required A good location on a side street and no distance to walk to all the places we wanted to see. We were given a good, quiet room. My mother, who accompanied me late at night, was not feeling well and I asked the hotel reception to call a doctor. The doctor was very good and she was able to recover the next day. I would like to thank the hotel from the bottom of my heart for their very kindness.

The room logistics were a tiny bit inconvenient, with the bathroom door very close to one side of the bed. But not a big issue.

Really gorgeous hotel.with super helpful staff. Room was large and bed very comfy. Chocolate and port were a nice touch, as was lavender oil at bed time. Fabulous shower. Close to metro and reasonably central.

The hotel is perfectly located, it is small and brilliantly clean, the staff is great and the breakfast is very rich which is not typical for hotels in Europe, the waiter Ruben was very friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast, the receptionists Mariana and Gabriela were very nice and responded to all our requests

No dislikes whatsoever.

The breakfast and catering staff, especially Ruben, were amazing. The hotel staff, especially Marianna and Florencia, were incredibly attentive to our needs and the fact that we were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary. The live music and spa facilities were lovely. The location is perfect. And the room we had was special. Definitely a memorable time and we will be returning in the near future.
