Great location and good amenities. The property is decorated in a modern style and has everything you could need. The pool is an extra bonus too. We were also very happy that there were complimentary umbrellas to use as we had an unexpected downpour and they literally made our day. Staff were very friendly and super helpful.

Beds were not comfortable, needs new mattresses. Was not aware it was located on a pedestrian only street so your Uber or taxi needs to drop you off down the road and you need to drag your suitcases from there.

Spacious stylish room with nice little kitchenette and modern bathroom (great shower), and bonus outdoor terrace. Charming location, away from the crowds but still central, lots of good restaurants, supermarkets shops nearby. Friendly staff. Amazing value for money.

We arrived somewhat later than expected (due to delayed flight and traffic) and the person who had to let is in seemed rather annoyed with that. Not exactly the most hospitable way to welcome your guests.

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious room. Nicely decorated and in a street with very little traffic (lots of people and terraces instead, as well as street musicians, which created a nice atmosphere)

The property was not well signposted so difficult to find. The door on our room was very stiff meaning we couldn’t easily get out. Upon check in we were told this would be sorted but it was not during our stay.

The property was in a great location. It was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was very simple and it felt very safe as 2 female travellers.

The kitchenette could be more functional, for instance only one burner could be used at a time on the induction stove top. One of the twin beds needs a new mattress.

The proprietor, Nuno, was welcoming and very helpful when we arrived. The apartment is spacious and clean and the decor stylish. Given our mobility limitations, we were happy to be on the ground floor. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking neighboring gardens.

We loved the location, in a part of Porto we hadn't explored before. We loved the tastefully subdued decor, which gave a modern, uncluttered feel. Rooms are large and airy, have high ceilings and are divided into bedroom/ living and dining area by a unit which houses a wardrobe on the bedroom side and a well equipped kitchen on the living room side. There was a blender, food processor, coffee machine plus plenty of pans etc Our room was at the back of the building and over looked the cafe garden below, and the pool and sundeck which belongs to the apartment. In April late afternoon it was hot enough to take a dip. There's a basket of extra towels thoughtfully provided to take outside. We had 2 floor length windows and a balcony. The room below us, occupied by our friends, had a smaller bathroom but they had a little patio with chairs and table out the back. Cafe next door Jardim has excellent breakfast options including yoghurt and fruit as well as pastries, eggs etc. Super relaxing place to stay, with all the cafes and restaurants right outside the door. It's on a pedestrianised street so traffic noise is low

Lovely basement apartment with a small terrace. Beautifully clean and well furnished, the pool and garden were an added bonus, especially as the weather was so hot. Great location, just a 10 minute walk to the centre, surrounded by cafes and bars which were overflowing on a Saturday night, but no noise heard in the apartment. Great host, explained everything. Highly recommended.

The lack of manuals on how to use the appliances was a drawback but the host very quickly responded by providing links so we could work this out online.

The location of the historic building was superb and incorporated a modern interior. It was very spacious. The quirky additional room with an altar was a nice touch drawing on local history. The dishwasher was very handy.
