Cheap and cheerful budget hotel but clean and close to town. Great restaurant across the road for pastas and other food

I did not like the llumination of the bedroom. I had difficulties on finding objects at night. This was the only thing to complain about.

I traveled for work at Universidade do Minho that was very close to the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. I really liked the machine coffee that was for free and had many options to choose.

Lighting is a little dim in rooms and no view in our particular room . There is limited parking in front of the hotel but much more is available around the back.

Modern and very clean with excellent shower and comfortable bed. Good location with bus stop nearby or walkable into town, free tea,coffee,hot chocolate and cold or hot water dispenser in reception area and pleasant and helpful staff

The hotel is very clean, the staff is very nice and the 24/7 free bar with coffee and tea was very nice. The breakfast includes superb food and the staff tries really hard to replace empty plates immediately! There are adapter jacks everywhere and a very large lounge for working, it is very business-friendly and exceeded all our expectations.

It was simple but very nice hotel. Everything was very good and we would recommend booking your stay there. Breakfast was delicious and with a quite big joice. They even had a fresh orange juice.

The only drawback was the entrance to parking lot which is really steep and our car's front bumper touched the road trying to get out of it. I drive in mountain roads so I know how to avoid this but I believe this to be a problem for most drivers. I would also like to add that I'd prefer the window to be replaced by a balcony door so it could provide access to the terrace.

This was the second time visiting the city so we knew a little bit more about parking, moving around and where to eat/drink. We chose the hotel because it is in a peaceful are while not very far away from the town itself. It came out that this was the deal. A nice hotel, providing exactly what they advertise in a good price. The room while not very spacious, was enough to accommodate two adults with a nice window to help refresh the air. The linens were clean and well taken care off. The breakfast, even though we didn't buy any, looked really good and the portions quite generous. The parking was right next to the hotel, so we decided to leave our car there and explore the city during our free time on foot.

There could be nice art work on the walls to make the room more cosy.

The staff at the reception are very welcoming, friendly and always helpful. The 24 hr reception, free tea/coffee 24hr are very useful. Daily cleaning of the room was done to great satisfaction.

Rooms are a bit small. While the limited space was cleverly used, there was still too little space for my luggage, so that I couldn’t fully open it.

Freshly updated rooms, anything needed available, rooms are clean and comfortable, located near university (was good for me, but perhaps not for others), very good option for the price.

We did not like lights. You have to put MORE lighting in the room. Also there was NO place to put our luggae and cloths. You need drawe space.
