The only downside was the rooms that face the courtyard don’t get a lot of sunlight.

It has been freshly renovated and it looks spectacular. It is located in one of the best areas of Lisbon.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about this gem.

One of the most incredible hotels that I have ever stayed at. The location is fantastic with plenty of easy access to a whole world of sights, sounds and flavours. The staff are exceptional in every way that you can imagine. Breakfast is a must experience feast. Dinner at the restaurant felt like a fine dining experience. The rooms are so stylish and you will feel like are walking through a colourful dream. The head chef is supremely talented, an absolute gentleman and chatted with us as if we were his old friends coming to visit him. Their entire team will make you feel like royalty. You will leave with a heavy heart because you couldn’t stay longer but will still manage a smile because you gifted yourself this experience.

A little more space in room may be appreciated, but not a lot the duty teams can do about layout

From arrival the hotels team were exceptional in their attention to detail from check in, introduction to hotel and location to include your room. Meals prepared in the restaurant (breakfast/dinner) were excellent prepared to your taste by the team both chefs/front of house...... The personalized walking tour provided by duty managers of the rich history of Lisbon and locations within 1km radius of hotel was outstanding as an introduction to the city and its rich history. The attention of duty teams each day in lobby, restaurant, bar, waiters & porters was superb and the unseen cleaning team in preparation of facilities ensured no details were left unchecked at any time. Many thanks to all and look forward to our return

I am familiar with small European hotel rooms but this was tiny - about 12 inches of space at the end of the bed and not much more on either side.

Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and clearly took pride in working there. Good coffee in the room and beautiful bathroom.

The location was perfect, close to the metro station. The hotel is beautiful with amazing design. Staff is service-oriented, always willing to help guests and make them feel welcome already from the arrival. Very comfortable bed and big rooms. Well-organised cleaning service.

Rooms are quite small.

Well situated, a 7 min walk from all the action. The staff was extremely helpful, went way beyond expectations and are super helpful! The hotel is exceptionally clean and beautifully designed.

Breakfast was a little slow. We had to wait for coffee, and our a la carte orders one day came out lukewarm - even though they were made in front of us. However did not disappoint on taste and freshness. Did find that the lack of normal tea in our room was annoying but quickly rectified.

Firstly it was central to everything. The staff were brilliant - all were attentive and positive. They knew the local area and amenities very well. They provided their honest views when asked and we booked a Tuk-tuk tour through them to the old town.

The rails in the wardrobe were so high it was difficult to reach to hang up clothes . It was a little cramped in the room .

The lighting.. perhaps because we traveled now during winter, and because it rained every day, the lighting in the room was minimal..

The staff. We felt at home.. seldomly have I experienced the feeling of being ‘home’ like I did at the Art Legacy.. from start to finish
