The shower although pressure is strong , is not installed well. The lever for the hand shower often switches to rain shower at the slightest movement. Only bath towels , one hand towel and a floor mat were provided , no face towels. The towels although clean looked worn.

The location is fantastic , close to metro, attractions , restaurants and shops. The room is big , with 2 balcony windows and has a kitchenette . A good sized toilet. The bed is comfortable, also there is daily housekeeping hence the coffee capsules / tea bags are replenished.

Can be a little noisy if light sleeper due to bar downstair and garbage trucks. Not problem for us. Cith Water issue when there but fixed on 2nd day

Great location close to restaurants and the large elevator. Beautiful superior apt in first floor. Would stay again. Small kitchen with coffee and tea supplied by owner. Clean.

Reception isn’t 24 hrs but the staff were very helpful and pleasant. This is an Apartment hotel not a 5star hotel.

Spacious room with an excellent location right in the old part of the city. We had a room fronting the street with a balcony which I would recommend. Small kitchenette with mini-mart close by combined with a coffee machine just rounded it off as an excellent choice. Don’t be put off by street appearances.

There were a few loose tiles in the bathroom, but overall the room was really well appointed and met all our needs.

Fabulous location, very quiet room even though we were in a very central location, access to a washing machine and dryer for free was such a bonus. Natalie in reception was excellent and provided great tips for where to eat, where to get a few groceries, how to catch the train to Santa.

The property was in a great location. The room had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The staff were helpful. The beds were comfy. The rainfall shower was really powerful. The room was made up daily which was nice considering we were only there for 3 nights. I would definitely recommend this property.

There wasn't anything we disliked; however, perhaps after so much use, they could consider refreshing some of the items, as a few things inside were overly worn—like the bedside table, etc.

The apartment looked the same as described, and the location is great. Although the neighborhood is very crowded, it wasn't too noisy. We were on the third floor. The cleaning service is amazing; they clean every day, change towels, etc. I definitely recommend it if you want to explore Lisbon.

The shower floods a little but nothing major

Since our room faced the street (we were on 2nd floor) we heard a lot of street noise from cars and people. So much so that I had a hard time sleeping. Walls were thin and could hear our neighbours talking at 2am.

It was an excellent location easy to walk to many of the attractions. The bed was comfortable and they had nice amenities in bathroom including a good hair dryer. It was very clean and staff were very responsive.

Kitchen minimal equipment. No toaster which was annoying. Towels need replacing very old thin and grey instead of white.

It was huge! Beds and bedding perfect. Location in old town excellent. Natalia a lovely helpful receptionist. Changed towels and cleaned every day. Great laundry facilities.

Our room faced into the main street which did mean it could be a little noisy at night at the weekend as it wasn't that soundproof.

The bathroom had a terrible smell that spread throughout the room coming from the pipes. When I raised it with staff they tried to fix it but were unable to, we asked for a room change early but no luck.

The location was perfect. Room was spacious. Lift and washing machine useful. Staff were very friendly/helpful
