Everything was amazing - the location, the comfiness of the bed, the view from our room, everything! The hosts were super kind and attentive for everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Since our room faced the street (we were on 2nd floor) we heard a lot of street noise from cars and people. So much so that I had a hard time sleeping. Walls were thin and could hear our neighbours talking at 2am.

It was an excellent location easy to walk to many of the attractions. The bed was comfortable and they had nice amenities in bathroom including a good hair dryer. It was very clean and staff were very responsive.

Kitchen minimal equipment. No toaster which was annoying. Towels need replacing very old thin and grey instead of white.

It was huge! Beds and bedding perfect. Location in old town excellent. Natalia a lovely helpful receptionist. Changed towels and cleaned every day. Great laundry facilities.

Our room faced into the main street which did mean it could be a little noisy at night at the weekend as it wasn't that soundproof.

The bathroom had a terrible smell that spread throughout the room coming from the pipes. When I raised it with staff they tried to fix it but were unable to, we asked for a room change early but no luck.

The location was perfect. Room was spacious. Lift and washing machine useful. Staff were very friendly/helpful

The location was excellent. The decor was so fresh and lovely. The bed sheets and bed was very comfortable. We slept well. The shower was nice too with great water power.

No dislikes except perhaps the city noisily collects the trash from the city streets around midnight. Can't be helped.

Great location. We walked everywhere, even to the castle though we should have taken a taxi. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Loved the small balconies and the view. Staff was very responsive and helpful. There was some normal city street noise but closing the windows really cut down the level. No problem getting to sleep in a very comfortable bed. We were in a refurbished room. Excellent climate control from mini-split heat pump.

Parking was a bit challenging to find the entrance (in the median across from Hard Rock Cafe). Guests should be recommended to drop-off/pickup heavy luggage at hotel before parking to avoid lugging it on rough crowded streets over 10 minutes; and the parking lot across from hotel is too expensive, over $60/24-hrs. Motion-sensor lights in halls/stairs don't work well so it is often dark and unsafe taking stairs; so take the lift if dark.

Good communication with owner/manager. Spacious room with sitting area, kitchenette, coffee/tea, . Loved how quiet it was considering the location in the heart of historic Lisbon, popular Chiado area, with lots of cafes, bars, shops, etc. Also loved how well the WiFi worked! And the lift (elevator) was is nice when having heavy luggage. Room well-maintained with daily maid service, very comfortable. And the location was perfect for seeing all the highlights of Lisbon.

Position was great and it had a lift which is important if you have to drag cases up four flights of stairs. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping and all the tourist buses and relatively close to the water.

On arrival at the property, I called the contact number and was given the door code to the building. I was met at a reception desk where Carlos facilitated the access to the room and codes for access to the room and the front door.

Being really picky, it looked like the grout hadn't been wiped off the higher bathroom tiles and someone had drawn a question mark (?) The bathroom bin seemed old and out of style with the rest of the decor.

Lovely, spacious apartment-style room with kitchen and large bathroom. It was nicely decorated and well-appointed. It felt like it had been recently renovated. The staff were helpful and it's in a great location- literally around the corner from Baixa-Chiado metro.

Kitchenette lacked toaster, sharp knife and colander. One of the bathroom vanity drawers was broken.

The location was excellent and the room was serviced daily. Our apartment on the fourth floor was quiet and sunny. The kitchenette lacked a toaster, sharp knife and sieve for draining rice etc and bench was very crowded due to the appliances taking up all the space therefore it was difficult to prepare dinner.

The kitchen is tiny and minimum utensils are provided. So if you’re planning a long stay and wish to cook, it may not be ideal.

The location is excellent! You’re right in the main commercial centre of Lisbon! The staff (Carlos and Eva) are very communicative, friendly and helpful.

We arrived earlier than expected and was able to speak to a lovely lady who arranged for the cleaner to let us into the room. The cleaner didn’t take very long to arrive. Then the lovely lady visited us in the room within an hour of gaining entry to give us the entry numbers for the Apartment and front door access to the Building. Then we paid her for the room. Overall a very good experience and in the heart of the bustling city. We would have liked better views of the city instead of just a side wall of the adjoining building though on a daily basis we weren’t in our room for any lengthy time before heading out exploring the city.
