It was a lovely apartment. Great attention to detail and décor very stylish. The apartment was very well located for the old town with lots of amenities close by, The concierge was extremely helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and serviced everyday. The breakfast was lovely with so much choice and the fresh bread and pastries each day were delicious. We had a wonderful trip which was enhanced by the apartment. Would love to come again.

Just a little noisy at night. We were on 2nd floor so upper floors might be better, but you are in the middle of a city so this comes with the fabulous location!

Great location, great space, super clean! They provided groceries to make breakfast in the room, even gluten free bread for me and my daughter. Pedro and team come not have been nicer and more helpful. Felt like a safe location and walkable (up/down hill/steps) to all historic attractions and many restaurants. I hope the accommodations for the rest of our trip can measure up to Officina Real! I would come back with my husband in a heartbeat!

It’s very noisy at night as the property is on a busy road. It quietens down about 4-5am when the merrymakers head to bed!

The apartment was very beautiful with great amenities! We loved our stay. Close to the metro, tram, great restaurants. Even though this apartment is close to nightlife the is no noise in our room. The amenities were wonderful and staff were very friendly and very helpful with recommendations and anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Almaria Apartment was perfectly located. Super clean with all required amenities. Excellent continental breakfast included. Staff super friendly. Double glazing doors and windows makes the apartment very quiet and peaceful once inside. Absolutely must for the area. Highly recommended apartment for Lisbon.

Everything was wonderful, location easy walk to many sites, breakfast was delicious with our freshly squeezed orange juice we made every morning. The staff were so nice and helpful! A special thanks to Joana, she was so helpful and nice! We enjoyed our conversations with her as well. If we are able to visit Lisbon again this will be our go to place!

Everything was good.

First of all was the reception. Joana Miguel was waiting for me with a big smile on her face. She was so efficient in her atributions that surprised me. She gave a lot of useful information, suggested very nice places for me to go and specially solved all my demands in a fraction of minutes. What a efficiency! Surely she was born for this and much more. Everything I planned was succesfully aranged by her during the first two days. The apartment was pretty good, clean and I intend to stay with you a next time.

Beautiful apartment, loved the design, the facilities. Every detail has been thought of. The location is in the middle of everything. Restaurants and bars are a only few minutes walk. You get fresh bread and pastries for breakfast in the morning and it is cleaned every day. We had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to be back.

Do not hesitate to book Almaria! The perfect location in downtown Lisbon for starting your walks through the city and accessing local (and tourist) cuisine and sights. Catarina was busy checking someone when we arrived so there was a little confusion about how we got in, but quickly resolved. The building is very secure with electronic locks and codes (no keys), plus an elevator is available. Our apartment was beautifully appointed and very comfortable for our family of three. The sofa in the living area was made up as a bed, so that does take away from some relaxation space but it wasn't an issue for us. The apartment was cleaned and made up each day while we were out. The fridge was nicely stocked with little nibbles, plus the bread delivery each morning was great! Our stay was also over Easter, and we had a chocolate surprise waiting for us when we came back after being out (lots of nice small touches). Our apartment overlooked the street below and the Tram 28 runs right by, so if you are sensitive to noise you might want to consider that but we take a sound machine and it was no issue. Overall, we would stay here again and it made our first trip to Lisbon very special!

Fridays/ Saturday nights loud at night due to being close to bar area. Take ear plugs and not a problem at all :)

Could not have asked for more from our stay- absolutely perfect! Comfortable and very well equipped. They even provided a small bath for our toddler which we had not expected but she was so happy with! Fruit, salads, meats, cheeses, pancakes etc all provided, along with cereals and freshly delivered bread/pastries every morning. Brilliant location and many of the sites very easily reached. Tram 28 stops just down the road, and the Time Out Market and train stations 10 minutes walk away. Many restaurants and places to eat locally, and also supermarket/fruit and veg shops across the road. Special thanks to our wonderful friendly concierge Joana for making our stay so wonderful and our little girl feel so special. We will recommend to anyone coming to Lisbon!

All great really.

Location was great, pretty straightforward on the Metro to get from. Airport. The breakfasts provided worked really well especially the pastéis de nata included one day. Staff really friendly and helpful on places to go and things to do. If I come back to Lisbon I will stay here again.
