Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

DenmarkI always book a place where we would have a way to prepare the kids' milk bottles, such as a fridge and a microwave. This place (Lux Fatima Park) had a fridge and kitchen but no microwave. It was a shame because that generates a big hassle in going downstairs several times and ask the busy receptionists to warm up milk for us. In a place with such great facilities that was a bit awkward. Apart from this special case everything (especially staff) was excellent!
We had our room upgraded to another hotel close by, so this review is actually to Lux Fatima Park. The room was excellent and very confortable. More than I expected from what I have booked. We couldn't use the perks of this 4 stars upgraded hotel though because of lack of time.
