Too cool in the room. A poor breakfast.

Noise. You can perfectly hear when somebody goes or speaks outside of your room. There was a loud party through whole Friday night, and early in the morning I have been woken up by the music from gym.

Good renovated hotel with a huge room and easy-to-get parking. There are restaurants and a supermarket directly in the building.

Restaurant closing at 7pm doesn't really help for dinner. For breakfast very little choice of sweets, no croissants and limited selection of marmalades.

Hotel placed in green area, with several football-grounds all around. Rooms wide and very clean.

On Saturday evenings, the restaurant was used as a party center. One time till 04:00 and 23:00. So it was noisy and difficult to fall asleep. Breakfast is Polish style, but when asked they will make pancakes or bring yoghurt. No housekeeping available in the weekends. The kingsize bed are two loose beds/blankets. Soft pillow.

Good location as it is close to a supermarket, restaurant, shops, pharmacie and fuel station. We paid €4 for unlimited use of a huge fitness and the sauna. Easy access to a nice walking trail along a river. Modern rooms and a well maintained hotel. Lunch was good.. Most of the time the receptionist was professional and helpful.

The cleanliness of the jacuzzi

We thought the family room we had was lovely with the jacuzzi but when running all the dirt came out of the pumps 🙈 breakfast was ok but very basic

Problems with the air conditioning that the staff can't solve. This made our stay a little uncomfortable because we were there in very hot days.

The hotel is situated on the second floor of a little shopping center. It's a very quiet area. Free parking. Very large and clean room and very comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. I should suggest putting into the room a suitcase support.

Air conditioneer every several minutes was making big noise (similar to horn of a ship), so I had to ask at reception to switch off the contioneer. Noise still remained but rarely so we were able to sleep, despite it become hot in the room. Breakfast was so-so, not all food looked fresh. There was no ANY even smallest cake to coffee, only after my request the waiter brought some from fridge (not very fresh too).

Breakfast could have been a bit better, also the table in L shape was not really convenient, with 2 or 3 people standing there it was already too crowded to be able to get something.

The room was really large, but at the same time very empty, desk was ok to work on, there was a refrigerator but no drinks, bed was a bit narrow and bumpy (springs), for the rest all ok, nothing special.

The location is awful for the centre of town, about 3 miles out. Too far to walk there and back and the trams don't go out to the hotel, though there is a bus. You can drive in, but then you have the problem of where to park and can't drink any alcohol. Every time I came back to the room and put my key card in, the tv would automatically come on which I found annoying. If I want the tv on, I can put it on myself. It doesn't need to be automatic.

The hotel is on the top floor of a small shopping mall. There is lots of free parking outside and a garage to fill up with petrol. There is a lovely cafe with cakes and ice creams and a chemist. You can walk along the river. My room was huge and very quiet, overlooking the gardens and river. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was ok with the usual variety. The photos of the room looked better than it was.

The breakfast room was a bit chilly and would be great if there was some music on, otherwise everything was perfect!

Beautiful hotel in a quiet and green area. Great breakfast. Very convenient for car travellers. Gas station and a supermarket just near the hotel.

Breakfast table , location on the hotel, hotel reception was on 3th Flor which is a minus. No lobby bar and complicated to get to the restaurant on the hotel.

Did not like it it was to polis for international travelers most of the food on table was for polis people.

The receptionist forgot to ask about the breakfast at the check-in. Next day morning we were surprised by information that we should ask for breakfast in advance. Ok then... would be nice to ask next time. Thankfully the supermarket is in the same building, so we bought some stuff there. Minibar was empty which is weird for four star hotel. Walls are not soundproof definitely. Soap was sort of cheap product.

Good location and parking. Check-out at 12. Sparkly clean.
