breakfast was like a to-go lunchbox, a lot of meat and no variety. Could be problematic for people who don’t eat meat/pork at all. Would have been great if that were mentioned before. Very simple breakfast brought to the room at 8.30h. Just one roll of toilet paper at the room, didn’t saw anyone at the reception.

lots of space, Mountain View was amazing, balcony, kitchen in the room with easy equipment and free parking in front of the house.

We had to wait quiet lot for the host on the arrival day. On the description of the accomodation was not written its surcharges and it was expensive, it was better to know it before.

The location was great, the view from the room was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and large selection.

The room and towels were not cleaned or changed during the stay. The trash can that was not in the room was very missing, all the trash had to be collected in a self-purchased bag and later thought about handing it over to the manager. The manager does not speak English and it is difficult to communicate, but with hand gestures and the use of google translate it was possible to communicate.

The room was comfortable and with a beautiful view of the mountains.

The views from our rooms were amazing. The room itself was also very good and clean. Also was a short drive to the centre and the mountains.

The kitchen area was disappointing - It felt like a hostel. There was only a microwave and kettle. I don't understand why there isn't a small cooker? (This may have been mentioned on the booking, and I simply didn't notice). This apartment, with a little extra attention, could have made the perfect stay. Not so central, but this wasn't a problem for me :)

The sauna was great. The bed was very comfortable and the furniture tasteful. The balcony had a magnificent view.

There were no heating, i know its May but it gets pretty cold in the night, like 5 degrees and heating is still needed..

I would not recommend this hotel to demanding people. Uncomfortable mattress. There were no bedside lamps or small lamp in the room and nightstands. No one came to clean the room.. But as I sad the price for 4 nights was great and therefore for our trip it was generally ok.

Great price. Great view from the balcony. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the balcony overlooking the mountains. Microwave oven and electric kettle was in a hotel room.

WARNING! First of all, the host did not speak in English. Neither the staff. Even a word yet. On the 3rd floor there were things before our room as you can see on the pictures. We were shocked. It was like a container. When we entered our room we were really disappointed. The room was not clean enough. The furnitures were not as good as on the pictures. They were really taken down. What is more, instead of a wardrobe there were two small dresser with a surprise: with the staff of the previous guests. It was disgusting. The walls were not soundproofed so we heard everything from the neighbours. The kitchen was almost empty as you can see on the pictures: there were no hot plate and coffee maker - even they promised. There were no cleaning things. The bathroom was disappointing as well. There were rusty and dirty things. There were no mop and cleaning things. The wall was dirty as well. They did not take out the trash during the six days. The temperature was really cold in the whole room and you could not raise it. There were common things in each floor, for example hair dryer or iron. One floor, one common thing for all apartment. We could not believe it. Moreover, the WIFI did not work during the first day. At least, the host managed to make it on the next day. When we left the apartment, I wrote to the host but he did not even answer so I left the keys at the reception. All in all, it was a HUGE disappointment and we felt really cheated.

Slamming Doors: if you want to sleep, forget about it. The doors slam CONSTANTLY and the building is not properly sound proofed for the amount of rooms it has. Balcony: No access allowed even though it was included in the room description. The owner blamed it on the last guest and he was too busy to get around to fixing it. Unbelievable. Also, the views aren’t great - you’ll see a construction site immediately in front of you. Heat: the heat is not able to be adjusted. It turns of during the day (and is cold). Jacuzzi: we were charged more for just one person using it. Apparently it requires more power to heat it. Also, it’s not a proper jacuzzi - sub par tub with som bubbles. Gross. Bathroom: Mold growing on the bottom sides of the shower, it smelled like sewage the first day. All in all, our stay was so bad, we left early. Spend a little more and enjoy your stay in Zakopane elsewhere.

The cleaning lady was very helpful and polite. Other than that, NOTHING else.
