The breafast was amazing - so many fruits (even watermelon!), baked stuff, fresh bread, meat, fish - I was more than satisfied. Will definitely book this place again when visiting Sopot! the building is also really beautiful and unusual, it's old wooden building, that has it's history. Nice interiors and friendly personnel add to it even more. Thank you for your good job!

This is a minor minus but the window view in some rooms (like ours) is not very pleasant. Our window view was on a messy roof of part of the building - but you do not go to Sopot for hanging in a window - don't you? ;)

The location is excellent. Just two steps away from Monte Cassino - main street of Sopot, but quiet (not crowdy at all) at the same time. The building in which Villa Sedan is located is well maintained and keeps the alignment with Sopot architecture.

Quality doesn't match the price. It shows 3 stars here and two on the door of the villa (which is more true).

The location is very much centre. And in general the villa is okay.

If you sleep with the window open then the noise of a lively night club nearby goes on till very late so whilst it didnt spoil our stay as after the first experience of the revellers we kept the window closed and problem solved ! In summer months shut the window and use the aircon!!

Villa Sedan is a very well established hotel perfectly positioned in the centre od Sopot. Having stayed here since 2012 it still gets better and better. The staff from reception to the breakfast staff, the room cleaners are friendly, reliable and genuinely go about their work with a smile! The breakfast is one of the best in poland!!

be aware that the last floor is an attic with low ceiling, so the rooms may seem claustrophobic for very tall people.

No lift - so we always had to take a sleeping baby out of the stroller and cary to the top floor, so after that she wasnt sleeping anymore. We had to keep a cot on the side of the room with very low ceiling so i was constantly banging my head. From friday to saturday night it was extremely noisy outside till 5AM. Room has a very small trash can, but there are recycble ones in the corridor, but with a baby and diepers that wasnt really convinient.

Location is nice if you live during a week not a weekend - very near the center. Has paid private parking. Very friendly staff.
