You need to book SPA before use it. We were informed that we should inform reception 2-3 hours in advance to prepare it! But when we decided to use SPA, we were told that it is taken mostly till the end of the day.

We were staying here for the second time, so it became really familiar for us. Brilliant location - just few minutes walk to sea side. Really tasty breakfast - you could choose from special breakfast menu (different types of egg dishes, waffles, pancakes, oatmeal). Helpful stuff and spacious room with comfortable bed. Private time in spa is also included in stay price - really great extra bonus for stay. We really felt all small details, so we believe that all those stars is kindly deserved.

We missed a small table for the balcony.

Very nice Hotel with short distance to the beach. We booked a standard room but it was like an apartment. We could rent bikes without additional fee. Very friendly stuff.

Incomprehensible rules for assigning parking spots (at a hotel or other facility in neighbourhood). One man working as a waiter in the restaurant and a bartender in the lobby. Our room was a door next to the children's playroom. Children throwing toys and screaming very much in the room and it is a nuisance.

A very nice and well decorated hotel. Very convenient location. Good menu. Bicycles, deck chairs and others available for hotel guests. Very nice SPA.

Great location - close to sea front and a short walk to Sopot centre. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Fantastic breakfast with a range of dishes cooked to order, salads and different breads.

Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy the new breakfast menu where you have limited choice of food. We have visited a few hotels in Germany Netherlands and Poland this year and there were no issues with usual buffet choices, so having fixed menu was surprising slightly. We had some difficulties with booking dinner for us - we were told ( quite abruptly) that restaurant’s chef will be leaving soon and we have only 20 mins to decide and order dinner- so we have decided to go somewhere else. Must say that it was quite surprising for a five star hotel. There was an evening with grill party outside and lovely live music. Unfortunately we had no idea it was happening and we booked dinner somewhere else. Such a pity nobody informed us prior to it (later we have seen some small adverts here and there, but would be good just to tell us earlier that such a thing takes place- as we would really love to stay). Some of the new staff need a little bit of training about politeness and respect to hotel guests. There were staff members we have known from before ( last year) and they were absolutely fantastic.

Hotel located near to the beach, clean and nice rooms. Small gym, but OK to use ( needs pre booking), Some of the staff were very helpful and polite.

We loved everything. The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were new and very clean. It is just a fews metres to the beach and very close to Sopot pier by foot. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was definitely not a 5* hotel. Bar opened only until 8pm, reception refused to sell me wine at 8:30, bar was only just a bar without really any seating space. No swimming pool. Not worth the money. Room was ok but small.

Extremely noisy room on the first floor. We could hear people talk downstairs, or in the staircase. In the late evening there was some party on the same floor with many kids who kept playing and running in the corridors, which we could hear very loudly. We had to call the reception twice and wait more than an hour after the first call for it to stop.
