Nothing, everything about the property was excellent

Great location, very clean, and had a variety of amenities in the room, like a stove top and full set of kitchen dishes for making meals in the apartment. Best of all was the amazing staff who reached out regularly and went above and beyond to help (such as providing details on good local spots to eat, offering to books tours, airport transfers, etc.). The customer service was top-notch!

A bit dusty, the drains gargle when next door guests use their bathroom, otherwise it's a good stay.

It's right in the Centrum/Old Town. It's close walking distance to the centre's historical monuments, main square and cafés & restaurant.

I found that the terms "TV, Flat screen TV, cable channels" described in the apartment's services described on the website were only in reality "flat screen netflix monitor for guests with paid subscription"

Cleanliness could be improved

Location is the best! 10 min from the main station, 5 min from main square. There are 2 bars right next door, good to have a drink or grab something to eat. In the same street there is also 2 places to have a very complete and delicious breakfast. Although very central and in a busy street it is very quiet, no noise at all during the night. We did self check in but even though we never met anyone from staff in person, they are very helpful and welcoming. Even if it is a small appartment, it is very well equipped with what you need to prepare breakfast or quick meals.

Perfect location, close to the old town, the train station and the park. Convenient access to many bus and tram stops. Close to restaurants and shops but quiet at night and peaceful next to the bustle. Well equipped kitchenette, washing machine and comfortable facilities. Easy to access and there is an elevator. Overall a lovely place to stay.

More shelving in the kitchen. We like to buy local food from the markets and eat in the room and felt we needed more space to put our food purchases.

Loved the location-we walked to everything! Including the bus/train station. It was small, but very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. They were always as helpful as can be!

Great stay in Krakow a beautiful city. The property is located a stone's throw from the center and is very welcoming. The staff is always available for anything and they even organized two guided tours for us.

Exceptionally clean, fantastic location literally 5mins from the square. Around the corner from the Bolt taxi rank. 10mins across the road to the railway station and a huge shopping centre and Carefour for groceries. Numerous bars and restaurants. We self checked in due to a late flight from the UK very simple. The property is very secure and the staff are super super helpful. Cannot fault at all. Krakow is a wonderful city to visit.

I only missed a full length mirror as a woman that likes to check the look of the day hahaha (But definitely not a big deal, very small point and it didn't impact the amazing experience that I have had)

Very good apartment, new, clean, comfortable and nice. Perfect location, close to everything. Shower were very good! It suits more than 2 people perfectly, there is a sofa bed if needed. The elevator in the building is a must as I was on the 4th floor. Even though there is no reception, that was not a problem at all, all information and codes were well instructed via chat (as I choose this option), very good/fast support from the team in the chat (exceeded my expectations). An easy way to leave your luggage in case that it's needed (In a locker in the corridor, I used it as I did checkout in the morning and my flight was at night). I would fully recommend it and I will come back for sure.

I loved how central it was, how easily accessible the apartment was and how secure it felt. Very modern, clean space. The staff made sure to keep in touch during the trip and offer any advise If needed which was a great touch.
