The jacuzzi area could be bigger as its a smaller hotel there is only one sauna and a 6 man hot tub. If the hotel is full then I can see this being an issue but to be honest we didn't encounter any busy periods.

Rooms are lovely and clean with really nice decor. If you have a balcony its a great for families as you can connect the rooms and balcony. The staff were really nice and helpful and the breakfast was superb. Very traditional and delicious food and eggs and omelets are made to order if one desires.

Lack of gluten free options though :( The jacuzzi on the top floor is set a little cool at 35 - would have preferred 37 (i.e. at least body temperature)

We did not have a good experience at check in. But in the following days we were treated very well and the staff was attentive.

The property is very well located. We think it's great to reserve the jacuzi and sauna just for us. The breakfast is excellent!

The jacuzzi wasn’t warm enough.

there was a slight smell of cigarettes on the sofa near the balcony. Perhaps people were smoking on the balcony and the sofa smelled of cigarette smoke. But it wasn't critical at all

We couldn't get a parking lot at the hotel because we were told that we should have booked it beforehand, however it's on the main page of the hotel that reservation is not possible. We had the find a parking possibility somewhere on the streets which was not easy.

The hotel was nice and clean with a good breakfast and friendly staff. Location was great as well as the room.

We had to ask several times, every day to clean the room. The restaurant'service was unavaible 45 minutes before the supposed closing time. Not every staff member spoke english well.

Jacuzzi didn’t had jets on if you go between 9:00-18:00 because it is included in price of the room. Only if you pay 100 zloty per room staff will prepare it for you. Only view we had was from construction site on one side and building on the other side of the room but obviously didn’t affect our holiday, it’s just always nice addition to have

Excellent location. 5min away from the main road but still in quiet area. Very spacious room with sitting area. Very clean, we loved it. Breakfast was also really nice with variety of food. I usually don’t like coffee from machine but it was really good. Staff was also helpful if we asked them to call taxi or to help us with anything we needed. Our friends stayed in top floor and view the of the mountain was gorgeous!

The room was incredibly clean! The shower was lovely to use, the bed was comfortable, the hotel is so close to everything and is perfect location, we had breakfast included, and it was so so lovely! You had the option of ordering other things, too, but we were happy with what we had! The staff were very friendly and very professional! There was someone on the front desk at all times, we had to check out very late/early morning and there was someone at the desk and there was no hasselt. The rooms were lovely and warm at all times, but wasn't uncomfortably warm, so being out in the snow/hikeing and coming back to a warm room was fab, you were also able to reajust the heating/ cold air. brilliant service when I come back I will 100% staying again!

Beautiful hotel with a very central location! The staff was also super helpful and provided suggestions when needed. Great value for money would definitely recommend when visiting Zakopane!
