There were difficulties with prolonging our stay over Booking and directly at the hotel. For Booking they were unable to accept our request to change dates, directly - price initially was significantly higher than on Booking, then they clarified and got cheaper, but still higher price, then it needed to wait at the reception some time to finish our current stay and organise a new one... As for me - in case guests want to prolong their stay - it should be done as easily as possible.

Great and fresh and comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff. A lot of facilities. We will come back as we were not able to try all the facilities the hotel has. Excellent breakfast. Good parking (but a little expensive).

I didn't like the attitude of the reception staff. As if they were there as a punishment. No willingness to help, if they helped it was with huge reluctance. Unfortunately we have had negative experiences with the young staff at reception. They only explained very basic things. They did not mention local attractions or restaurant recommendations at all. We didn't know how to and where to eat in the place.

The hotel is amazing, would definitely return, spa is little bit small for this huge resort but was ok. Beds large, large balcony, comfort at a high level, hotel cleanliness excellent. In this respect the hotel exceeded expectations.

It was quite crowded as it was a long weekend due holidays and a lot of noise in the SPA area where the pool is. I think this is more of a family hotel where you can easily bring kids. But as an alternative solution, you can simply move to the sauna part, which is a lot more relaxing and quite. During weekdays it was great as there were less people

Too crowdy breakfasts during the rush hour. But despite this, we never waited too long and there was no shortage of food supply. Parking later in the evening at hotel's premises can get a bit tricky due to lack of free parking space.

Very well managed hotel. Clean, well equipped with all you need for your comfort stay. Although the hotel was packed with people and especially with families with kids, our room was super silent and only during breakfast we realized how many families are staying there. The wellness is perfect. Breakfast absolutely fantastic. Yes, it is a bit far from the town center, but hey, you are in the Tatras, you can walk and if not, you can take a bus or taxi and in couple of minutes you are there. But you will not want to leave the hotel anyway. Everything you need is there :)

Unfriendly, rude young staff during breakfast hours each day. Approached table with no Hi, took dirty plates without asking if we have finished. Very expensive daily parking rates on top of hotel and air fees. Reception staff in Rezydencja II hardly ever avaliable

Parking is quite expensive, in my opinion - 30 zl . The children's play room is not ventilated well. It's very stuffy in there.

The view from the balcony is awesome. Breakfast is tasty. Lobby Bar is really nice and its staff is doing a good job. Everything in general. Atmosphere.

The pool and jacuzzis water a little colder than expected. Would be better if the saunas open sooner than 11am, maybe the same as the pool at 9am. Also, the pool and the area around it not so big for such a huge resort with lots of rooms.

Great place for a family with kids. Breakfast was excellent- tasty and a big selection of foods. Location for us was good- not far to the city center, about a 40 minute walk.

Rooftop bar somehow doesn’t have the atmosphere. Only one coffee machine at the breakfast is not enough when the place is full, there was a long queue for coffee every morning. Other than that not much to complain about. this is a great place to stay while visiting Zakopane.

The location is great, a little bit away from busy city centre but close to many hiking paths. The property facilities are great, pool, jacuzzi and sauna are nice. Rooms are good size, nicely decorated. breakfast choice is good too. Staff helpful and friendly.

SPA is open until 21:00, but we would appreciate adults only hours. At least one hour will help, small children are there even after 20:00 and for us it was more like children playground rather than place to relax.

Luxury rooms and common spaces. Great service and breakfast. Beautiful room and we didn't hear any noise from neighbors, which can happen quite frequently in other hotels.

The spa was excellent, very warm pool which was appreciated. Beautiful terrace in the spa area with a great garden and mountain view. Breakfasts at this hotel are just superb, excellent quality and lots of options for everyone.
