Today at night before flight was an alarm alert, we couldn’t find trash, the door was closed and there was nobody ( security guard was never there we couldn’t take keys )

When choosing the apartment please note if the price include taxes and services. Because in big numbers they write the price, but extra 30 eur was added for service. For the amount I paid the room is too simple. Also, check in is at 16;00(!!) and check out 11:00. Maybe soon they will check in only for a night hours 😡

Administration was very unorganised. I could not get into my room. During the online check-in I was not sent my room number or the code so I asked for the code myself but did not realise I had no room number. I arrived at 8pm so I had to ring them asking about it. It was solved very quickly with just a single call and the lady on the phone was very polite. I got all the information I needed, BUT please remember if you are going to stay here ask them to send you your room number AND the code to it over on booking.com or WhatsApp since it will save you a lot of problems, even if this is something they should sort out themselves.

The room was nice and comfortable. And the actual stay was pleasant and convenient with the distance from the concert hall being only 20 mins on foot. For the price I think it was a good place to stay for 2 nights.

It was noisy outside (but it was mostly due to temporary road works at the time)

I liked all the staff who look after me on the first floor. They were very nice and helpful whenever I needed them. The apartment had everything new and clean. Next to apartment there was a bus stop and you could go to the city centre; there were restaurants, shops and cafes and even massive park where I liked to walk in.

one small inconvenience was that we could not turn on the tv channels after many trials (was displaying error messages) and an instruction manual or a small paper like that would be useful

I liked that the apartment was equipped with utensils, glasses, also hair dryer and they even had an iron - which I didn't use but was nice to see, cause it's necessary sometimes

We didn’t have hair dryer and rubbish bin

We didn’t get the instructions online at first. It took a while when someone answered the phone. But the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful and we got in quickly afer the call. Easy access to the apartment day and night. Room was smaller than looked in the pictures but still enough space for two. Everything was very clean.

A lack of AC was a bit frustrating in the heat we were experiencing. The fans provided helped a little bit but not enough. Otherwise the stay was great.

The girl at the register wasn’t helping, she was rude, we asked about the parking, she didn’t give any instructions or information. Her eyes were only on her self phone, didn’t even look at us while talking.

Unfortunately, there wasn’t a remote control to the AC in our room. When we checked in, AC was on cooling down the room, which was okay at first (since it was pretty hot outside). But at night it got really cold. That’s why we had to go to our neighbors and ask for their remote control. The staff didn’t have remote controls for everyone. Also, our room seemed smaller than it is in the photos.

The room was very bright and clean. Loved the colors, bedsheets, marrasses, towels, and a shower. There was a TV, a balcony and a dedicated place to work which was nice. Appreciated a fridge and a microwave, we could buy and warm up our own food. The staff was very nice, we came after working hours, but they made sure we got in okay.

The place was not peaceful. Its next to road so there is so much of noise. Otherwise the room is clean and nice. Good for short stay. No availability of washing mashine or dishwasher or iron box

Too small room as for two persons. No shelves for bath gels in the shower cabin. Receptionists couldn't help me with my questions , so I needed to google the solution on my own. Didn't like soft beds and too warm blankets (not for summer period)

Superb location: all the main trams and buses directing to the center are located near the apartment building. You can check in any time you need since you receive the individual code to enter the doors of your apartment.
