The only downside was the shower in our room wasn’t the greatest. Had multiple functions but couldn’t get it off the hand held shower which wasn’t ideal. Also we left at 3am to catch flight home and no one was on front desk.

Property was really clean and staff were all polite and approachable. Breakfast was good variety and displayed nicely. Cocked breakfast made fresh on request. Didn’t dine in evening as we was out most the days and only came back at night.

Location was absolutely marvelous. Right next to the lake for some peace and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with lots of comfortable seating inside as well as outside. Nice pool area, good fun.

The bed in our junior suite was like a marshmallow! So soft that we both continually rolled into the middle of the bed. We were disappointed with the use of paper cups and wooden stirrers on the tea tray in our room. Everyone knows that the best thing for the planet are proper cups and teaspoons which last for many years and are reusable, rather than throwing away thousands of paper cups every week! And they are not a nice experience when staying in such a nice hotel. And no hotels in Poland supply any form of milk, so presumably you are supposed to drink coffee or tea black? Or do what we did and walk to Lidl down the road and buy some milk.

The hotel is a little bit out of town, but buses are The breakfast was very good and lots of choices. We also ate in the restaurant on two consecutive nights and had lovely meals , served by a very nice waiter/ barman. However on both occasions we were the only guests dining in the restaurant which was a little sad and we couldn't understand why?

It was close to lake and my family house. The room was spacious. The complimentary bottles of water each day was a nice gesture. Good bufet breakfast.

Breakfast has a decent variety but wasn't quite good. The place wasn't bad at all but overall I felt like I didn't get a good value for the price

Interesting decorations, comfy room and we were able to leave our bags in the reception before the checkin time.

This place stands above the Polish standard. I have to admit that it is really good here. Right at the entrance there is a water pond, which is surrounded by the entrances to the restaurant, Wellnes and on the other side the reception and the hotel. The rooms are fairly well equipped. Only in my room it was not possible to open the window, it was more because the design of the building did not allow it. The breakfasts were good and the ingredients were continuously replenished. Overall, this hotel is of a very high standard.

I looked for a SPA hotel accepting Dogs, and with nice walk with no trafic. The walks around the lake was EXCELENT.

Sauna was not in function on Friday evening. I did really missed it very much.

Very nice and professional personal. They are really trying to help you as much is possible. We have two small dogs and everybody were very friendly with them. Thank you for that. Breakfast and the personal in the restaurant extra super. Thanks them very much.

Room - We stay 2 nights and the room was not cleaned and the bed was not made. Breakfast - Poor. Flexibility for Dinner - not well explained time table (english no good from waiter) and no faciilities to get and provide something for dinner (like cheese, salad,...). Finally, a salad was provide after some disucussions. Two persons in the bar and kitchen.

No mini fridge and no coffee maker in the room were 2 things I missed

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was so very courteous, helpful, and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Honestly of the hotels at Tychy I have stayed at I would reccomend this one first. It was a great value for the amount of amenities and the ambience. I can't exactly put my finger on one specific thing but I loved staying here and will absolutely do so next chance I get.

The rooms are terrible. Windows are not able to be opened. The air inside the room is like on submarine, or maybe inside the real Egypt Piramids?! If this is normal....?!

The name of the hotel is promised more than it really is.
