Everything was pretty good. Food in restaurant is okay, around 7-8.

The room was great, clean, comfortable, you had water, coffee, tea and a kettle available. Another great thing is that when you stay at the hotel - you get a discount to the restaurant and to the cable way to the top of the mountain. If you fill in a couple of surveys - you get free coffee and a dessert (one per review, so I guess if you fill several surveys - you can get multiple desserts). Also you can visit spa area for free.

It was strange that the property didn't have a proper place to store the bikes, not only would you expect a well organized bike rental service, but also a place to lock your own bikes if you bring them with you.

Location and staff are exceptional, the cleanliness of the rooms is also very well maintained. It's very comfortable to reach out several nice places to eat, although the restaurant in the property is also very nice, and you will be definitely satisfied if you order a dinner there. Breakfasts are simply one of the best we ever had in non-all-inclusive hotels, hence definitely recommend this place for the families with kids. The last but not least - this place is great for starting your hikes, Przelom Dunajca is very close and few other places like Sokolica and Trzy Korony are easily reachable.

Children in the wellness - they were noisy, chasing each other, shouting, running from the pool to the hot lub.. but it was the parents fault, not the hotel's..

Very good standard of accommodation for a quite reasonable price. The breakfast was included and was very good. Personnel was very helpful and did their best to make the room available even before the check-in time. We used the bike storage room which was very convenient. The location was ideal for hikes that start at the chair lift.

Excellent location, from the balcony you can see the ski lift. Ski rental downstairs of the building. Very friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

Right at the ski track, beautiful, modern hotel. Bed is super-comfortable, room is very well equipped (e.g. smart tv with phone mirroring, tea/coffee set). Breakfast is outstanding.

Breakfast was great! Staff very helpful and location unbeatable. Too bad the Spa was not available. Mind that it is additional Costs and opened only late in the afternoons.

two single beds joined together that’s not a double bed for a couple. Leg goes between beds every night, not the greatest sleep. a mention bout a very loud bar right next to hotel would be definitely helpful. warning. u in for a loud surprise. If u don’t like 90s music u in for painful stay 😂. Tea, coffee and water only as a welcome “gift” u use it then u have to buy it. Come on. two tea bags per room? U can do better then that. But the weirdest thing is …if you want your room to be cleaned I mean basic change bed sheets a wee hoover, clean bathroom u have to ask for it in reception 🤦‍♂️ seriously it’s 2023 cleaning rooms in hotels when guests are out exploring is a basic standard.Staff are helpful but loads of things could be avoided and could be done without asking. Overall stay was ok but definitely would not stay there again. oh yeah and spa facilities ain’t working. Again some compensation would definitely be well received but noooo easier is to say… sorry is broken.
