Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location was very good, the view was excellent and the staff was very nice. Rooms were a bit worn out, bathroom not so good; the shower in the bathtub where we (old people) had to climb in and then it was slippery to stand in it, the glass ”door” swinged so that the water was all over the floor. Almost no space to but your own bathing/sanitary supplies and equipments.

PolandSwimming pool - not for families and children for leisure. It is a sport facility with access for guests from outside. The temperature in the swimming pool (air and water) is too low. Sauna - not adequate to the size of the hotel. Too small. Just one small sauna, an old one, too crowdy

United KingdomThe lady on the swimming desk - we couldn't use the swimming facility as she said it was full ( dint have good English ) but then when on to let people past to use the pool. would have been nice to go in once but didn't ruin our day

United Kingdomthe restaurant food in the evening was a little disappointing. I had the fish and this arrived only luke warm and the chips were the same. Could have been better. However the gentleman taking our orders was very friendly and helpful with our drinks choices.
The room was clean and very comfortable, the mattress was really comfy and the linen crisp and well laundered. Room in a quiet location, we slept very well. Ideally located for town and the beach. The breakfast we really enjoyed and had a wonderful choice of food and beverages.

PolandI didnt like the pillows and should have asked for different ones. They are too firm and too thick and because of that I had some trouble sleeping.
Privilege room on a 10th floor was an excellent choice, definitely worth spending a little bit more. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Swimming pool is massive and a huge bonus. Great neighborhood! All in all definitelly worth recommending and visiting again.
