Room lighting system was very complicated so needed time to work out! Room wasn't serviced ( not sure if this was policy) which didn't worry me too much but would have liked the bin emptied and toilet roll and water replaced. Parking cost a little high as it's only on road parking, not enclosed , so car at risk of damage and is charged daily. 70zl per day. I left at 9.00am and didn't return til 4.30 so would have been cheaper to have parked in a normal meter space a couple of spaces along. Very quiet and very well placed. This hotel has a lift which others in the old town don't.

Breakfast was a little strange. Some cold dishes and eggs cooked to order but no way of making toast. But adequate and nutritious. Good to have a fridge and window doors that opened. Fantastic shower in bathroom. Robes and slippers provided. Good selection of wine and food in the restaurant. Very attentive and pleasant staff who spoke exceptional English.

Clothes storage was a bit minimal.

The hotel is in a great location in the old city. Room was very well appointed 10 foot mirrored doors with magnetic closing, fridge, minibar, safe etc

The mix up on our arrival. However, soon sorted out.

When we arrived our room had been given to someone else. However, another one was found in the hotel. It was originally a double, but the staff turned it into a twin later in the day. Comfortable and clean. Shower amazing........ hot water and atrong power. Breakfast had plenty on offer including cooked breakfasts to order. Would recommend if you want a comfortable place to stay in Torun.

The afternoon reception lady had zero comunication skills. The hotel was noisy during the night. Our bed was uncomfortable low.

Soundproofing on the 2nd floor is very bad, you can hear everything going on in the neighbor’s room. It was wedding party on the terrace and very loud music was playing till 4 am!!! We had very bad sleep and were disappointed as we got to continue trip and were exhausted. Also, as it was mentioned before, you don’t have doors to the bathroom, so you need to be really close with people you are travel with 😁.

The room was a little dusty, but clean in general. Location is in the heart of historic center. The linen and furniture in the room were nice quality, everything you need is in the room. Breakfast was good, nice choice of various cheese, fruits and veggies. Nobody told us that we could order scrambled eggs, so we just ate what they had on the buffet, it was enough.

I preferred the breakfast to be located at the ground floor indoor and outdoor space as it was 2 years ago. Currently the room in in a dark basement level.

We stayed here second time, enjoyed the central location just off the main square. The hotel has a very nice modern decor.

Amazing staff, friendly, professional, and courteous. Very large, modern room, and wonderful bathroom. Terrace hot tub was an amazing way to end the day! Hotel restaurant is phenomenal and service was exceptional.

The keycard of my door didn't work and I had to use a key. The aircon in my room also didn't work and the receptionist was not very keen to solve the problem.

The location was great just off the main drag but so quiet. The hotel has a very modern feel set within a old building which works very well.All staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great.Have to say we have the best shower we’ve ever had in a hotel it was amazing.

Only 9 car parking spots. Luckly I got one. No gym, pool or sauna.

Breakfast was excellent. Location in old town was amazing. Lovely Boutique hotel. I had excellent dinner with good wine selection from around the world.
