This is a lively little apartment. It is small but it has everything you need to be comfortable. They even have lockers for your luggage if you need to store it!

Very clean and comfortable and in a great location for both the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. Had all the facilities for self catering if you want to. Although there was no safe you had to go through 2 key coded doors to get to your apartment which made it feel safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, you can quickly walk to the castle or the old town. It is very convenient that there is a separate room where you can leave your things if you arrive early. It's also convenient that you can leave the stroller in this room and not have to take it up the stairs to the apartment every time. The apartments are clean and nice, with everything you need. There is a parking space in the yard next to the building.

Location was not excellent. Great thank you also book the parking as we had a car, very secure. Lovely balcony to sit out on and have the doors open in the morning.

A couple of extra pillows in the cupboard would be useful as an option for those who prefer to or need to be propped up due to respiratory conditions.

Communication was exceptional and really put me at ease knowing where I was going in a new place and how to get in. Difficult with an apartment as you can’t always see where you’re going from the road but Izabela was great.

We came for my partners birthday and i kindly requested balloons and bottle of wine in the room on arrival. Cant fault the appartment at all . Great location and overal great stay. Would recommend and most certainly would return.

The rug needs a serious cleaning or to be replaced. A cutting board could be useful in the kitchen. We were a family with one small child so we could have used a third chair at the table.

The apartment is conveniently located, about 7 mins walk from the old town. The parking is just outside the apartment, in the yard (prior reservation and subsequent payment are needed). The indications on how to get to the apartment and the dedicated parking lot were very clear and detailed. Despite the small size, the kitchen is well equipped (including a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine).

The lights in the 2nd floor hallway would time-out and then could only be triggered by passing a sensor on the first floor

Clean, everything you need is there, including nespresso machine, dish washer, large tv etc. Some coffee cups and dish washer tablets were also provided.

The bathroom (shower room) was tiny and had an issue with ventilation so got a little damp smelling. A leak over the bed on the mezzanine floor but the hosts were going to sort that out. It's a small apartment but fine for 3-4 people and you're going to be out in beautiful Krakow most of the time anyway!

Great communication with hosts who were very helpful with giving us an early check-in and late check out. Lovely clean apartment and very warm during a snowstorm outside. Great location.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The apartment itself was clean and modern. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was amazing, 5 minutes walk to Wawel Castle and the centre. Nothing was too much for the hosts, very responsive. There is also a separate space with a fully equipped kitchen, comfy sofa and toilet, as well as lockers, so, if like us you travelling back late, you can leave your luggage
