We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsTemperature of the bath was not always pleasurable(too cold). Also the way parking was arranged, wasn't to my particular liking.
The breakfast is very good, as well as the staff tending the tables at breakfast. Didn't try the restaurant, so can't comment on that. Rooms were kept clean, allround good state of the hotel. Reception very nice and helpful. Location is very good.

Czech RepublicToo soft matraces on the bed and location of our room - nr. 101 right at the stairs and elevator and above bowling room - noise from that + from the restaurant. The walls are not really thick either.
Great location in the centre, friendly staff and cleanness. Breakfasts nice but if we came later (within the serving time), some food was missing and the staff did not supply sufficiently. For example fruits were missing for a long time. In the other hand the option of a freshly made juice from apples and carrots.

PolandA couple of minor annoyances as the TV lacked smart capability and the Parking charge of 35 zl/day.
Amazing breakfast...really exceptional choice of delicious hot and cold dishes. Large selection of fresh fruit. Home baked bread and cakes. .We lloved the spa. Fantastic views. Comfortable bedding and mattresses. Modern furnished rooms with good storage. Modern spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Great central location.

SwitzerlandOne day the husband had to leave early around 5:45 reception closed. finally the receptionist found sleep in a sleeping bag in the children's room. There is no lifeguard and what I reproach over and over again - pool maintenance... the surroundings are slippery and nobody cares. The room with balcony is actually a total size of the room because of the balcony. The sound illusion is still horrible. We were automatically charged for parking when we left - even though we didn't have it...

SwitzerlandParking paid, just a pity that you have to go around the whole hotel... you can't enter the parking lot from the hotel. The lifeguard around the pool did not wipe the water, our daughter (3 years) slipped and fell there, not only she but others fell, the lifeguard did not even show interest in helping, he sat on his chair without interest. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room did not work. Closing the door is noisy and not easy to close - Even other guests had trouble closing the room door. Unfortunately after 10pm the guests dog who was downstairs in the pool was barking over us. The receptionist although he heard the dog up to the reception from the second floor did nothing until after our complaint when we came in person - he called the dog owner to the bowling alley.
We found accommodation at the last minute. The room was large and spacious, but unfortunately the view directly onto the ventilation chimney from the kitchen. There is a bowling alley, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna (Finnish), relaxation sauna, steam sauna, small children's pool, children's room. Breakfast and dinner buffet - excellent, nothing to complain about and even demanding clientele can choose. In room fridge and kettle, hairdryer, tea and coffee, mugs, bathrobes and slippers. Receptionists (ladies) nice. Hotel in the centre.

Germany-Beds Quality very Low! -Low Cleaning Services! Just picking up the garbage and leaving new towels on the Luggage Area (hygienical very bad!) Safe in Room doesn't worked!!! Very Small Spa Area!!! - at this very dissapointing!

SwitzerlandWe returned to this hotel for the second time. The hotel is in a good location. The hotel accommodates a lot of "family groups" who fly all over the hotel, shouting, and making a mess until late, unfortunately the reception does not care. The hotel has a children's play area. Breakfast and dinner buffet - even for big eaters. Great choice of food. The food is really tasty. Our room was smaller Even though the booking said it should have been the same size as our previous booking. We had room 110, and it is unfortunately the first one on entering the floor. You can hear everything. I would recommend taking 2 cards and leaving one permanently in the room because of the air conditioning. Even though we had a reservation for two people and a 3 year old child, my daughter did not even have a towel in the room. The next day the cleaning lady added a towel for my daughter. The cleaners touched personal items, which they shouldn't, but they added shower gel for my daughter. I know that the child since she is staying for free "doesn't qualify" but it's a good look for the hotel... After all - a child is not air. There is a fridge, kettle, instant coffee, tea, water in the room. Big mirror, wardrobes. Room clean. Unfortunately, still the lifeguard does not wipe the water around the pool, there are falls, but at least he hands out towels. I recommend rather the rooms at the very top. Parking on the premises for a fee.
