The only thing that bothered us is airconditioning. There are thermostats in rooms, but airconditioning is controlled by hotel staff. Room temperature was 28.5°C, which is way too hot. We had to sleep with our windows open.

Spotless, beautiful, comfortable room in the heart of the Wroclaw historic center. Versatile and tasty breakfast. Nice staff.

If I’m honest I think the room was a little bit overpriced this time around.

Breakfast was really nice. The staff was very polite. Ladies at the reception very helpful , polite and friendly. Honestly they have made me feel very welcome.

This hotel is reasonably comfortable but lacks any real charm. There's nothing wrong with it even if it did look like it was mostly furnished by IKEA. Rather strange smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom at times but keeping the bathroom door closed contained it.

This hotel is all about the location. The shower was also nice. It was a reasonably comfortable place to stay and it suited my needs for a short term base.

We didn't get the room we booked, so they hotel had to change it, after change bathroom was still not the one we booked but the room was so perfect that bathroom wasn't so important anymore :)

As you are on the square of the old town, it can get a little loud outside during the evenings. But with the windows closed it wasnt too bothersome and things seem to quieten after 10pm (maybe a curfew?). Tbh we were so shattered after busy days we fell asleep as soon as we closed our eyes!

Located right in the old town, a very central and convenient hotel! The room was excellent and the perfect size for us (a couple staying 4 nights). It included a mini fridge (not stocked) but was convenient for keeping drinks cool and a small carton of milk for me nightly brews. Staff at reception were welcoming and approachable!

We found the beds very hard and only one pillow made sleeping difficult. This is a personal preference as in UK we lots of pillows and thick duvets. No bar or restaurant for evenings only a breakfast room. Again preference for us as we like a night cap drink before bed but there are bars near the hotel so not a big issue.

Great location. Only 20 mins from airport and in the centre of the town for bars sight seeing and river. Clean tea and coffee making facilities. Friendly staff

We had a room that faced out on the street and it was a bit noisy Saturday night. Being seasoned travellers we carry earplugs with us so not a big problem.

Everything was really good. The staff was very helpful and as we arrived early they were happy to take our luggage and “store” it for us.

No mirror above desk area to put make up on, that would have been handy rather than perching in front of the other mirrors, that's the only thing I could think of as an improvement though! And no milk for coffee in the fridge, this in itself wasn't an issue but would have been nice to know so I could have got some earlier from the shop.

Absolutely amazing location, couldn't fault staff, hotel was fresh and simple and modern and immaculately clean, fantastic value for money and would definitely recommend! Full marks from me.
