Not really comfortable to climb down from the upper capsule - the plastic stripe at the bottom is getting crashed and the "stairs" are only for sporty people. If you are clumsy, you may easily fall down.

The place is great if you have an overnight connection between train and flight. When all you need is a clean bed and a shower - it's a perfect option. If you have a large suitcase - you can leave it in the locker room at the reception.

The only thing that could be improved is the air circulation in the capsules. It wasn't even a very hot weekend, but the capsule was a little hot, making it slightly uncomfortable during the night. Otherwise, nothing detracted from the experience.

I loved the capsules and being in a room with many people but having my own space. It was very comfortable and it wasn't as noisy as some of the reviews stated. The electric doors made a bit of noise, but it didn't affect my sleep at all. I really liked the feeling of safety and security I got from the space. Very cool!

The only thing I can think of is the timer while pressing the shower button, it's too short for a girl to clean her hair...

- Very cold showering room - Capsules didn't have very good light. Had to use mobile phone flashlight when reading, looking maps etc.

+ Quietness + Good location near the metro + Possibility to use the fridge for your own food at reception + Good coffee available + Secure and firm automatic capsule door + Carrefour Express around the corner + Possibility to loan a bicycle. Was an adventrure though while the bicycle was so old that it surely has experienced the Warsaw rising

It was a bit exhausting not to have an elevator and go to the 2nd floor every time by stairs.

The remote controlled rolling shutter, which works as the curtain of each capsule, is noisy. I know why it's electric (i.e. for security reason) but the noise woke me up every time my neighbour(s) used it. Besides, the frame of the shutter, especially the bottom part, is flimsy and makes loud noise too.

the lockers could have been a bit bigger and more comfortable, once you put the bag then it is not possible to put the clothes and other things, so it gets a bit cluttered.

I liked the location, and the facility in general. The bathroom is clean and proper, the capsule is large enough. there are a few stairs to walk up to the rooms.

Hostel is very safe, close to center, and most importantly, clean. Stuff is so kind. They give you slippers at the reception. I would definitely choose this hostel again.

I found it weird that they ask you to take off your shoes and leave it at the reception and only wear sandals that they provide you to wear inside the hostel capsules. In a way it is good hygiene but it's a bit weird

Nothing that I could point out really. Maybe only that on the website it was not clear at all what is the difference between lux and budget capsule. The answer is - there is NO difference. They are all the same. In the lux price you pay for a better (quiter/ less busy) placement of your capsule and for the complimentary soap, towel and coffee. However, its not clear if that is good value or not. For example, I am not sure how much would the towel be had I paid for that separate. And coffee you get is worth <2 eur in the bar. So... im still not sure if that upgrade was worth it, but even with the lux price, its still a great stay and great value. Oh, one more thing, if you need parking for 1 night layover only- do NOT pay for the hostel's private parking, because public parking is free from 20.00 - 08.00 on the streets.

The capsules themselves are very comfy, the facilities work well, everything is modern and clean and its a great, no, I would say the Best value for money for a solo traveler! I mean, considering its a hostel, its an amazing value prop that you still get your own "room" so to speak, that you are not sleeping with strangers in the same room. The capsules are not very noise proof (much better than bunk beds for sure), it is still like a very big room with many co-habitants. Get ear plugs if needed. Again, train your staff about how to make a coffee if you charge like 1.25 euros?

20 minutes of walk from the central railway station. Relatively a very good location. The facility is generally very clean, everyone is required to use flip flops when entering the "residential zone". The so-called Luxury room gives you free towel and toiletries and free coffee (don't bother with the coffee, the espresso tastes like water, I think the girl at the reception did not know how to make it.)

You must press the shower every 15 seconds, but it's nothing too difficult.

The staff was super attentive, helpful and lovely. Easy access, hairdryer, shower and clean bathrooms. And the privacy and experience of the Kapsuła was very interesting, sure someday I'll be back.

İt will be perfect if more sound insulation will be provided in capsules and heating can be better

İt was my first capsule experience. Hostel was better than I expected. Personel was very kind and helpfull. All places were clear. location is very central. I could reach almost every touristic place by walk, I didnt live any important problem. I wish to thank all personel. Hope to stay again.
