You could just clean that chair in the room, whole covered with sth black, and it can be wasched out. I even tried it with only water and it came off. And if you makin a hotel just make sure that you hire proper man to build it. That corners above the window i dont have any words for that. But the worst thing was, grumpy employee on reception, with long hairs.

I needed a hotel away from Wroclaw city centre, and this was the best option. Nice hotel with cozy rooms and good restaurant. Plenty of parking space, breakfast included. No doubt I will stay here again

Staff did not speak english, so the communication was a little bit difficuilt. Ordering wine, asking for the best way by public transport to the city centre was hard. Unpleasant surprise. And incorrectly working card for room opening.

Rooms was perfectly clean and comfortable. Great breakfast.

Breakfast options were the worst ever - food from Wedding evening (with Wedding afterparty still happening in the dining room). Food stayed overnight (not from the fridge), really bad taste and quality. We all had stomach pains after that.

we stayed here 3-4 times during last 4 years and everything is good. Good location on the way from Warsaw to Dresden or CZ Republic. Comfortable beds, good food at the restaurant. Good choice of price&quality.

Unfortunately, our flight was late and so we arrived at 1am. The concierge was quick getting our room key which was appreciated after such a long day. The location is great, not far from the airport and close to the town. Plenty of parking too. The room was huge with a really large bed and the price was really reasonably. Would definitely stay again.

The entrance looks good, but when you go to the rooms, its really disappointing and a complete different world. 'Small' list of things: -broken furniture/damaged -room itself was also damaged -airco is making loud noice -fungus in shower / mirror was missing in shower -everything is really dirty -we were itchy after sleeping also the beds were smelling strange -broken elevator -in the middle of the night we got asked to get out of hotel because of some emergency, but got no further info what is going on. What do i need to say more..? We have been in bad hotels, but this one is incredible. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

the hotel is dated and needs updating. A/C remote was broken, water was leaking from the sink and shower. Very basic and limited toiletries. Room was relatively small and had no fridge, even if empty. Awful coffee and mediocre breakfast.

At the arrival (around 10pm) the reception did not speak English, some details of the room are out of date, need some update; the bed was classic old spring bed/mattress, very soft and body tends to drop in the centre of it. I did not enjoy the sleep so much. I arrived at breakfast at 8:45 and it was pretty average (very few sweet stuff) and food was not refilled.

Hotel looks nice, there is a big parking area for cars. Room was quiet and bathroom was clean.

The stay was absolutely fabulous 👌 staff are helpful and friendly and make you feel very special. I received very tailored treatment due to medical condition and had help beyond and above despite the full capacity and two ongoing weddings. Family run business which is something id like to support going forward. Clean and newly decorated facilities.

We are stayed just 1 night, it’s really good location , near the main road to Germany. Staff in the reception and the restaurant also very nice. We are changed a room from a single to a double, but it was not a double room, but really large apartment with a two rooms, kitchen, and big bathroom.

Price was different from the booking I book 2 hours before arriving and when I arrive personal in the reception charged about 12% more 59 was they charged me 66 euros

Our stay was unforgettable in a bad way. When we first checked in, we were given the wrong room (1 double bed instead of 3 single bed). Mistakes happen, we didn’t think anything of it. The second room we were given had no electricity in the bathroom. We had to go down to the reception ONCE AGAIN and got our room switched for the 2nd time. The third time is a charm they say. The 3rd room had a broken TV with no TV remote, no toilet paper & only one clothing hanger for three persons.
