Lovely hotel, first stay in a Styles type IBIS, very impressed. Great furnishings and decor..Breakfast was great, nice 'wine bar' downstairs. Very local to Rynek lots of restaurant and cafe options

Lack of code safes in the rooms, no designated parking spots, breakfast wasn't appealing or appetizing, the coffees came out dull

If there were a fridge and kettle in the room it would be perfect. The wireless charging station is not really useful, I would prefer to have access to hot water on the floor in case of wanting a midnight snack like Ramen :) The station for sparkling and still water has an option for hot water but there is no hot water coming out at all. We also had no way to store cold foods so a fridge I feel is basic necessity if you stay more than 1 night. The pillow had a kind of "people" smell and the duvet was inside out so I wouldn't give cleanliness 100% but it was really clean otherwise.

Staff are so nice, the bed is very comfortable and the air-conditioning is great and easy to use. The location is also great. The 24/7 tea and coffee is also very nice. There is free sparkling and still water too on every floor. Check out time is at 12 which is awesome.

Would have liked tea coffee making in room but was available free in reception, and also a safety deposit box in room would have been good,

Perfect location ideal for the centre and the station, friendly staff lovely clean room, so quiet despite being in centre of the old town, the restaurant food was excellent and the Ukrainian restaurant facing hotel was was also fabulous

Parking is awkward, all metered if there's no space in the hotel car park. Some car parking is free from 10pm to 9am, some 5pm-9am but you can pay the night before to stay beyond 9am. The hotel will tell you where is best to park.

Very good breakfast, good selection, they even had vegan cheese. One of the coffee machines used soya milk. I thought this was considerate but I'm not vegetarian so it caught me out. The location is good. Comfortable room. They've obviously put thought into the design, I think the word is 'quirky'.

The small number of parking spaces is very overpriced. Especially because there are parking spaces about 200m away which are free on the weekend end much cheaper during the week. Unfortunately, for safety reasons, the windows could only be openend a little crack.

Nice, clean and quiet rooms in a special circus design and with big and very comfortable beds. Even if the hotell was fully booked, it was very quiet at night. A good location in the old town with a lot of restaurants and sights within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary diverse, rich in variety and delicious. There was even always a selection of various vegan foods and vegan hot drinks available. The buffet was always refilled immediatly. We also really liked the free water dispenser in the corridors and the free hot drinks in the lobby.

The hotel has a bright and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are a good size, quiet with a nice bathroom/shower setup. The staff are friendly and helpful.It is conveniently located a short walk to the castle and cathedral with many restaurants and cafes in the hotel vicinity. The hotel bar is also very pleasant with a good selection of food and drinks with friendly staff. The hotel breakfast buffet has a good selection of choices both savoury and sweet and I recommend it. I have stayed in the hotel on previous occasions and it will be my first choice on future visits

Coffee needs improvement, cappuccino doesn't taste cappuccino at all....I taste all milk than the coffee...
