As I travelled to the concert, location of the hotel was perfect, very close to Tauron arena. This was really convenient.

Very little to be honest. No water kettle or hot water available in room/corridor (to make coffee/tea). No hair conditioner in bathroom

Excellent location (we visited Krakow for an even at the Tauron arena and could walk from the hotel to the venue). Great room: modern, very comfortable and clean, with an excellent bathroom. Water dispensers in the corridor. Underground parking (payable). Pet friendly Quiet

Our room was facing the street, and honestly with the windows open it's a bit noisy.

The hotel room has sleek modern design, its clean lines are very appealing and relaxing. Breakfast is really good, lots of choices including freshly baked croissants every morning. There is a water cooler on every floor where you can get fresh water (sparkling too), hot water and tea bags are also at your disposal.

Last time we had some cigarette smoke stuck in the room but now everything was perfectly clean and no problem

Close to center, good public transport, nice and helpful personel in the hotel, comfy bed. My wife left her sunglass in the room and they found it for us after check out. Thank you!

Nothing really

Nice and new hotel located 2km from the Old Square of Krakow. The room was spotless, all amenities new, breakfast good, the staff helpful, and I liked the fact the hotel was located in such a quiet area.

However there are smoke detectors, someone had smoken in the room previously and the cigarette smell stayed after them. Fortunately we’ve only stoped for a night.

Amazing hotel very well located in Krakow in a quiet area. The rooms are spacious and just as pictured and the beds are so comfy. Check in is so smooth - it took 2 minutes! Breakfast was also amazing with many options.

Breakfast can be improved to include more choices of fresh veggie and fruits, and sausage was a bit cheap.

Not that I didn’t like but could’ve been slightly better on this occasion: on the day of our arrival we had to order pizza from delivery app because it was late. When the pizza arrived it was 5 minutes past the closing time for the bar so we weren’t able to get any drinks. We didn’t order any beverages because we thought the bar would stay open longer as there were more people drinking but we weren’t allowed not even a can of Coke or something similar.
