It is not far from the city, public transport is near. However, a taxi is a better choice. The hotel was clean. They allow us to keep luggage until our flight time after check out.

65 zloty for one night open-air parking is expensive for Krakow. Actually, while check out, I reminded the reception desk the parking payment. They are not checking it automaticly

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Stuff was helpful. Breakfast and dinner were pretty good. Location of the Hotel is very good too. Old town is in walking distance and city park is right accross the Hotel.

I was a bit disappointed with the payment from the property. I ended up paying around 40EUR more than the price indicated in my account after booking.

The location is perfect, it’s near the airport and main railway station, it also has a small convenient store nearby. The rooms are very clean, staff are attentive, friendly and helpful, they can also help you book the tours around Krakow with the hotel pick up and drop off. Breakfast was good as well.

Lobby, sometimes, becomes smelly and has a bit of smoke when the kitchen is preparing meals. Space for the breakfast was narrow to accommodate all the food and for the people to find a seat.

Comfortable, quiet and clean rooms. Wonderful location, close to a park, a few tram stops away from the historic center. Breakfast was rich with great variety.

A bit frustrating that you can't open the window to get some fresh air. You have to rely solely on the air conditioning, which is not quite the ideal situation. We didn't find slippers in the room. Also not being able to reserve a parking spot it's a minus, you may or may not find a free place upon arrival, but public parking is to be found around the hotel.

Location in a newly built area, a bit outside of the central area of the city, but very green and very quiet. The hotel is new, you can see that everywhere, everything was functional. Probably the best mattress I have ever had in a hotel so far. Friendly and helpful staff. The parking on premises and also the parking garage is a big plus. Tram station next to the hotel, but beware, there's no ticket machine in this station. Taxi and ride sharing very affordable from here to the city center.

In my subjective opinion, the rooms seemed small and I did not care for the bright overhead lights in the room.

Hyatt Place Krakow is a new hotel with modern rooms including plenty of USB outlets to charge cellular telephones and the like. The breakfast is exceptional with an abundance of hot and cold options and this is perhaps the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed at during my 50 years of traveling around the world. The cleaning staff even cleaned the leaves of the house plants that were located in the lobby. The front desk staff were fluent in English and were kind enough to arrange a last minute tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau for us. The hotel is located well outside of the city center; however, it is only a short tram ride away to get downtown.

I didn’t like the fact that it had no opening windows. Fresh air is important in a room for a good night’s sleep and it lacked that. Additionally it is quite far away from the city centre.

Location a little far from the city centre but easily accessible by public transport or we used the electric scooters everywhere and it was one straight easy road into the main town. The room size was great, the facilities all perfect, great staff and great value for money

The hotel receptionists don’t greet you as you walk in and out the building and they look quite moody. During my 4 day stay our towels only got changed once and the bed didn’t get changed at all.

Very good and spacious rooms, breakfast is lovely too. Very clean. About a 35-40 minute walk to the Old town/city centre however I’d do it by foot as you can walk through a park and it’s lovely.

Only some minor details such as the air conditioning didn't go to a cooler temperature that we would have preferred. Instructions and/or labels for using some things in the room would be good. The bathroom perhaps could have a shelf above to put your clothes onto as well but, otherwise, everything was perfect

Perfect location to the main square, 15 minutes walk and a tram is just outside too. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and modern. Staff were excellent too. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend
