Without doubt one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and that is quite a lot. Lovely big rooms with 2 very comfortable double beds. Excellent breakfast, great bar. Very helpful and friendly staff. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

I could not recommend this hotel more. It is beautifully decorated and every staff member was so friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be better as it is only 1 minute walk from the main square. The pool and spa were gorgeous and the spa treatments were very reasonable. The breakfast options were amazing and everything was delicious! I would not hesitate to book this hotel again for my next trip to Krakow.

On our last night I had ordered a taxi and boxed breakfast as we had prepaid for our breakfast each day to be ready at 3am. Taxi was not ordered and breakfast was not made to take on the go. Thank goodness taxi was parked in front of hotel and left with out breakfast that cost me money for something we paid 60.00 dollars for

Loved the staff bartenders and staff in the restaurant. Waitresses in the morning very attentive to our every need. Front desk staff very clean hotel

The location was amazing! Walking distance from everything, right around the corner from the main square. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and very quiet we couldn’t hear any noise from outside. The staff were all lovely. Reception staff and maid staff always smiled and said hello as we walked past. Really enjoyed the indoor pool, very relaxing after a day walking around the city. Airport transfers were great also. Highly recommend this hotel!

It was all lovely

Location was brilliant, it was really central, the square was just around the corner and yet the room was lovely and quiet. The staff could not have been more helpful, the beds were comfortable and the decor opulent yet modern. I was there with my son and we both found the experience really excellent

The hotel was beautiful, clean & decorated beautifully. The staff were all lovely. Our room was very spacious and spotless everytime we returned. The location is in the centre of the square so everything is walkable. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. The pool and spa area is also an added bonus and again was so clean & quiet. Loved our stay and will be booking a Hilton Curio again.

Did not like the pillows, they were too hard.

We did not try the breakfast, but it looked amazing. The spa was really good, I thought the pool was a little bit cold, we had the hot stone massage (10/10) and a full body scrub. The room was big and beautiful, comfy bed.

Just one small thing. The single coffee machine is not sufficient and I waited about 10 mins to get a coffee at breakfast whilst two teenagers dithered about their choices.

Everything. The hotel was immaculate and smelt lovely. The staff could not have been more helpful, kind and friendly. It is beautifully furnished with top quality fixtures and fittings.

Check out process made very difficult by a certain receptionist. After almost 45 minutes a very kind manager stepped in and resolved the matter.

The hotel has the best location possible and is beautiful. Breakfast was very good and staff in their majority very kind .
