CanadaHighly recommend this resort for its fantastic location by the beach and great amenities. You can expect a very clean and modern facilities with a scrumptious breakfast (that included a few vegan options).

PolandThe bar area is a bit small and located just behind the reception desk. It can get quite crowded in the evening. If your room is facing away from the sea, the view is not really great. Personally, I am not a fan of the glass walls in the bathrooms.
Located just 100 meters from the ocean, you can hear the soothing waves outside. The rooms and facilities are clean, tidy, modern, and well-designed. The restaurant downstairs is exceptional and definitely worth a visit. Absolutely great SPA!

Probably the best hotel in Wladislowowo you can find in premium segment. Interior is well though, premium services, new facilities and probably best you can get in this beautiful part of Poland. Being there of season is relax

GermanyWe had a room with a jacuzzi right above us, which was obviously used by the ladies. The vibration of the pump was very noisy and it was impossible to have a good night sleep. Good thing, it was the last night before leaving, that's why we didn't say anything, except for addressing it the next day at check out.
The employees are working very hard and doing an outstanding job. The room, breakfast and dinner, everything was great. The rooms are excellent and well taken care, regarding cleaning.

PolandThere are only 2 elevators for the entire hotel, they can get very crowded. bathroom is terribly designed. The shower is located in the bathtub secured by glass wall. The water was everywhere. The quality of the sink, toilet and furniture was very poor. To be honest the other guests were rude. But its not hotels fault.
Wellness center is very spacious and well equipped. Location of the hotel is superb. Breakfast were delicious. We had a standard room from the forest/beach side and the view was really relaxing, although dont expect beach or see view due to high trees.

The facilities (for those going with kids, this place is really good: there is kids play room, Activity club and indoor swimming pool), proximity to the beach (2 Min walk), quality and selection of food at the buffet and it’s restaurant H12. The SPA is amazing (we have done some 7 diff treatments there and all were highly recommendable)

UkraineI counted on great SPA experience and sauna ceremonies. The area was supposed to be 16+. Instead, they arranged only 1 adult spa ceremony and 1 ceremony for the kids, so at 7 pm the saunarium got crowded with children and their parents... It's absurd as they mention kids' time is between 3 and 5 p.m. daily and totally ruined intimacy and ambiance. None of the jacuzzi worked, the bar on the top floor was closed as well. The saunarium has no swimming pool, no jacuzzi, and only 7 chaise longs to relax. In our room, the Wi-Fi didn't work and the reception hotline was out of service in the evening, so we had to go there to ask and then one more time to get help... And in the morning we were woken up at 07:30 by hotel staff in our corridor, being noisy while arranging fresh towels and bed linen.
The breakfast was fantastic and that's pretty everything that was great about this hotel. The territory and private access to the beach are nice. The hotel is well-designed.

GermanyExtra charges for the car. 50 zł per day for an underground parking. The hotel charges a lot of money for the stay and parking is not included! Totally unacceptable! We asked for something special for our wedding anniversary but nothing was provided :( not even a card :( We Just got an e-mail with a pricelist of goodies such as champagne or cake or snacks. :( Other hotels ( such as the Grand Hotel in Sopot) were so kind to offer us a free champagne and a very kind letter. Small things make a BIG difference. The staff was not very welcoming. There was no toiletries in the room ( like a body lotion or conditioner). The playroom for kids is in the vicinity of the swimming pool ( the kids play in the playroom for a bit and then they choose the pool which becomes overcrowded). Cool water in the big swimming pool.
Breakfast was good but not exceptional in comparison to other places we had stayed before. The good thing is a dinner buffet for only 80Plz per person.

United KingdomThe resort has potential to be great but unfortunately its primary issue is its staff lacking the skill and willingness to offer the service as one would expect (as an absolute minimum) from a 4-star hotel. The majority of people working there are either rude or undertrained or both - with the exception of one barman and one lady working at the spa. Other than that, the room, the restaurant, the breakfast are average. Below average are the cleaning service (late and ineffective), the dinner buffet (wilted salads, cold food, not very nicely presented), the bar offer (no / limited wine choice - because they were just changing their wine offer?), the pool area (smelly), the beach bar with a dirty and smelly toilet without the toilet paper or hand towels. The list of the negatives is long…

PolandThe restaurant and pool on the roof were closed on weekdays when we arrived (middle of June!) The other guests were not much concerned about wearing masks and keeping social distance. Altogether I think the price for the room is too high, even considering that was vacations season.

DenmarkCouch on our parking spot (!). Phone in room didn’t work. Almost no staff spoke english. The bar tender must have had his first night (assuming without training). No bed linen for the 3rd bed. A lot of rather small things that all one would expect that was under control in such place and price range. Not value to money.

Polandnoisy train honking every one hour till ~10 pm and starting at 6 am in the morning. Hotel is literally a few meters from the railway. Also I really disliked staff attitude. We asked for our room to be cleaned, left the hotel and returned over 8 hrs later, our room was not cleaned. I went to the reception and asked again to have our room refreshed. Reception lady asked cleaning service to come to our room, we left for another 90 minutes to make it easy for them to clean....returned and nothing has been done....I went again downstairs and asked what happened....lady had no idea. I asked if we could get some fresh water and fresh towels, she told me she will personally bring it upstairs right away....guess what - no one came....so hotel itself is good but for that price, staff needs a serious training and need attitude change right away....
Tasty breakfast, variety of food. good coffee. New and very nice hotel with beautiful designs and interiors. great location by the beach but unfortunately a few meters from noisy train....
