Wow, what a pleasant surprise in Szczecin, absolutely outstanding value, luxury hotel at motel price, amazing restaurant too, best meal I had in Poland this time around, get a penthouse suite!

The distance to the centre but it is a minor issue as there is public transport practically outside of the hotel.

The hotel is is in an old townhouse and is really beautifully designed. The rooms are clean and spacious. All in all, very comfortable with great breakfast. The location is great for the train station but a bit of a walk from the centre.

The beds were too hard. I have a problem with my back, but one night or two I can manage. But in the future it would be great if there was an option to select a softer mattress in the room selection.

The room was really nice and clean, and we were very happy about it.

Upscale, in a renovated historical building with classy modern interior and preserved historical facade. Excellent location, just off the City Center, off enough to be in a quieter area yet just short walk to the Center. Also if you took bus or train to get to the City it is just 5 min. walk from both stations. Rooms are very spacious and well appointed, large windows that can be partially open. Very helpful, friendly staff at the reception and the restaurant. Nice restaurant offers elegantly presented, fresh and tasty dishes. There is also a casual bar by the reception. Hotel also offers a sauna but I had no time to use it, wish I could!

The only disadvantage in our room was the sink in the bathroom. For some reason the water was not going down the pipe so fast. That’s the only small minus we had during our stay.

The hotel is very modern and the room is quite stylish. There is an automatic temperature regulator, so you can adjust the room temperature to a comfortable temperature. Our room was warm, while outside was quite windy and cold. The bathroom was also super clean and the whole room smelled great :) The hotel offers a wide selection of cold cuts, the usual hot omelette/sausages, wide range of vegetables and fruits for breakfast. They also have some prepared sandwiches which you can takeaway, we found it very convenient. The personnel is nice and friendly and the location is also quite central - ca. 5-10 min walking to the center, there are also some supermarkets around. The parking is just around the corner, and is very convenient, if you come with a car.

The Grand Focus Hotel is exceptional. I stayed in a suite that looks like it should be in a modern home magazine. I could have moved in. The food is also top of the line and with helpful staff that took care of all my needs…I couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed.

I had a 1st floor room and it was unfortunately really noisy outside my window throughout my stay. There was these weird brown stains throughout the carpet in my room and in the hallway that were a bit off putting. Lastly can we get more pillows? Haha I know I was a single stay but the 2 small pillows did not suffice.

For the price the hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. Everything was modern and new, staff was friendly, check in was quick, and the location was great.

My room wasn’t serviced during my 2 nights stay. When I’ve asked at reception for water the only option was to buy it. But in same hotels network member in Warsaw it wasn’t an issue to ask for bottle of water on reception.

Perfect location. Beautiful design of the rooms. Good variety and quality of food available for breakfast.

We stayed on December 9th and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with getting a crib for our baby. They even reached out to other locations to help us get one. We really appreciated their effort to assist us.
