Just 2 elevators for huge 4 star hotel is not enough. We have bigger kids, so we were using stairs, but for families with small kids it was challenge to get in.

Cleaning in the toilets and rooms were not a 5 stars experience, more of a 4 stars. Extra charge for a non guaranteed parking in the underground garage. Improvement should be made for towels in the bedrooms (towels were too small for being a shower towel for adults). Kids that require a baby chair while eating were due to customers to clean the already used chairs that were dirty from early customers. Swimming pools should have higher extended hours for closure. "Came" systems for barriers entrance and exit with cars was not working properly. It would take a minute minimum to open the barrier while exiting the facilities and to enter was always needed to collect cards that demonstrated the database of the camera was not working accordingly as informed during registration that my license plate was added to the database and I wouldn't need to collect more tickets.

Very good location with excellent view to the city and the surrounding hills. Possibility to rent e-bike and explore mountain paths. Indoor and outdoor pools where kids could spend valuable time. High level of comfort, cleanliness.

Maybe the swimming pools could open a little later - 8pm is quite early when you have travelled to the hotel and had dinner. We wanted to go swimming, but not much time for a one night stay.

Only 2 elevator could get you to the aquapark. And waiting time for the elevator was big. Sometimes we had to take steps from the 8 floor to 0 as so much people were waiting for the elevator.

The room service (upkeep) was a bit slow. Prefer better variety of food for dinner. Maybe a minishop would be good idea as it is a long way to the city.

We got an upgrade (paid) and the views were breathtaking. Really great. Outdoor/indoor pools (Black Pool is great) are great. Sauna world is superb. Breakfast super tasty. Overall great.

All the communication in Polish language only. Only few members of the stuff were able to communicate in English. I would expect the 5* hotel stuff at restaurants and at least at the reception to be EN fluent. It was a bit of surprise for me. (Probably they have mostly Polish and Slovaks + Czechs clients were the Polish language is sufficient). So as Slovaks we were able to communicate with the stuff. Only: Please, speak a bit slower to could understand the Polish :-). And the A la carte restaurant with a bit of unprofessionalism. Maybe some new stuff there... They were constatly mixing the orders. Did not know to which table to serve the food they were carrying. They were trying different tables untill they have found the right one. Quite strange and funny for the 5* a la carte restaurant. They were really nice but the sense of unprofessionalism was there. Anyway, the prices in the restaurant were good and generally we were very satisfied with the hotel, services and even the stuff. Thank you.

Very nice and clean hotel, well equipped for family and children stays and really nice view. Hotel equipment is really good. Even during the rainny day you have plenty options to do: arround 5 pools, 10 whirpools, spa and saunas, gaming rooms, fun zone, kids zone, fitness centre... really nice. Not crowded. We really enjoyed that. Rooms nice and clean, beds really comfortable. Breakfast with plenty of options and delicious., the buffet dinners too. A la carte restaurant with good offer as well. Value for the money really good. The prices of the food in the 5* restaurant were really a positive surprice. Not expensive at all, adjusted for the families holidays.

A lot of people hanging in the midday at the balcony. So it make you feel a bit not comfortable - as you cant simply open the window. Moreover its load when everybody is hanging at their balconies and you see everybody

At this place you will meet nice stuff. Breakfast always nice and sweet. Nice parking slots and easy access make your life easier. Also bar always give you a wide veriety to go with
